  The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese.   The staff were first class and were always on hand to answer queries or to provide information, right down to providing us with a european adaptor as we had forgotten to pack one. Room was exceptional and cleaned daily. Some very nice touches like the personal welcome on the flat screen tv in our room.   Only a couple of mins from Gare du Midi, this hotel was not only convenient but also clean, very comfortable and centrally located. About 20mins walk from Grande Place. The booking had not been changed as requested from 2 doubles to 1 triple, but the receptionist (manager?) offered us a family room at no extra cost. We did not use any other facilities as it was a late check in and early check out. - The staff person who checked us in and out was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and that set the tone for the entire stay. Kudos to that associate; I wish I could recall his name. Also, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was well appointed. The sound proof windows worked like a charm even though our room was over a busy street. The location was good for us because we used the Midi station coming and going and for a day trip.
