  Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! And restaurant was excellent too, and staff very friendly and helpful. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » NB We chose this hotel because we have had previous excellent experience with NH hotels in Spain. - I always stay at this hotel when I attend a conference at the RAI and it is always excellent. The staff are very friendly and I love the all in concept. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are modern and clean. I recommend taking a double room as the single rooms are small and dont have a boath but the double rooms are perfect.

  The location was great. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything for those who wish to cook- even dish washing liquid! There are extra duvets and pillows and also an ironing board and an iron. The parking (upon reservation) is on the basement of the building so it is a matter of just taking the elevator up. Our studio was very spatious and faced a small mall, which made it very quiet. Also, no noise from other rooms. Nice design, very comfortable and well equipped kitchenette. Very friendly and helpfull staff. For a stay longer than 4 nights they don't clean the room (unless you ask and pay for it) but

  This was a great boutique hotel to stay in, don't let the tavern entrance scare you when checking in as the staff are friendly and helpful. It has good location in the city center (close to both metro and tram), big and spacious bed, proper shower. Breakfast was allright. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
