Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! And restaurant was excellent too, and staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and I love the all in concept. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are modern and clean. I recommend taking a double room as the single rooms are small and dont have a boath but the double rooms are perfect.

This was a great boutique hotel to stay in, don't let the tavern entrance scare you when checking in as the staff are friendly and helpful.

The rooms on the first floor are very nicely decorated and space -
Though it is a small hotel with around 13 rooms it is very cosy. The hotel is built around 1930s and thus creates a very lovely atmosphere, with original reception and bar interior still intact. It has good location in the city center (close to both metro and tram), big and spacious bed, proper shower. Breakfast was allright. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location was very good right at the city center, however, the best part was the cleanliness, the comfortability, the apartment design, and the general details that made us to feel like home. Modern rooms and decor. Everything was very clean, and suprisingly eco-friendly. Lovely breakfast. The reception staff were extremely helpful. I've been in this hotel many times for business trip. The position of the hotel is perfect. Close to the city center (grand place etc.) and close to central station. Very very close to "La morte subite" serving the famous flavored beer and to the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert (glamour shopping arcade). Free wifi, clean room (I don't like the choice of the colors of some rooms... too brown, but it is a very personal judgment). Great breakfast! Many good options (and I'm Italian and picky!).

The hotel has an exellent location next to Grand Place, in the middle of the most vibrant part of Brussels. It is located on the nice square. The staff is friendly an helpful, room was clean and warm,and was facing a nice square. The hotel is also close to the metro station. I travel quite a bit and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Very helpful staff, good breakfast, central and easily accessible location. but most of all... the design. The hotel is just beautiful! I have to express great appreciation for th concept and execution of the interior design. A lot of thought has been applied and the materials used are top quality, making it staying at this hotel an experience in itself.
