I've been in this hotel many times for business trip. The position of the hotel is perfect. Close to the city center (grand place etc.) and close to central station. Very very close to "La morte subite" serving the famous flavored beer and to the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert (glamour shopping arcade). Free wifi, clean room (I don't like the choice of the colors of some rooms... too brown, but it is a very personal judgment). Great breakfast! Many good options (and I'm Italian and picky!).

The location was very good right at the city center, however, the best part was the cleanliness, the comfortability, the apartment design, and the general details that made us to feel like home. Rooms were spacious with nice modern fittings. Toilets were rather small and less modern - but more than ok too. Breakfast spread was excellent. Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! And restaurant was excellent too, and staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and I love the all in concept. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are modern and clean. I recommend taking a double room as the single rooms are small and dont have a boath but the double rooms are perfect.

The suites are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. It was easy to check in and out next door at the Renaissance, staff were very pleasant and efficient. A cab stand was a block away, and often cabs were in front of the Renaissance. The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.
