  The location was convenient to Gare du Midi and the center. The hotel itself was in a very cute area, a little quiet at night, but still safe. The service was friendly and helpful, the room was small but sufficient, the bathroom was large and in good working order, and the breakfast was really amazing.   Clean, modern, friendly, comfortable hotel. Weekend rate including breakfast was very good value for money. Breakfast was delicious and breakfast hours were generous. Late checkout on Sunday at no extra charge. Easy to reach from train station Midi/Zuid (3 stops on metro line 2). Unfortunately we had to catch an early flight but wish we could have taken advantage of this special.

  On arrival at the hotel (3 hours before official check-in) we were warmly welcomed, our luggage stored and given a map and some advise on exploring the local area. If we are to return to Brussels I would not look anywhere els - Great location! Very close to the centrum and train station. The hotel is surrounded by several great bars and restaurants. Staff was very professional and accommodating. We arrived after the kitchen quite late and the bartender/receptionist were very helpful in providing late night snacks and drinks -- great staff! Free wifi with reasonable speed. Breakfast was great, although a bit expensive (20 euro) if not reserved in advanced.

  Only a couple of mins from Gare du Midi, this hotel was not only convenient but also clean, very comfortable and centrally located. About 20mins walk from Grande Place. The booking had not been changed as requested from 2 doubles to 1 triple, but the receptionist (manager?) offered us a family room at no extra cost. We did not use any other facilities as it was a late check in and early check out. - The staff person who checked us in and out was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and that set the tone for the entire stay. Kudos to that associate; I wish I could recall his name. Also, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was well appointed. The sound proof windows worked like a charm even though our room was over a busy street. The location was good for us because we used the Midi station coming and going and for a day trip.

She is a credit to your organisation and an example of great customer service. I work for East Coast trains in the UK. We pride - The location of the hotel was excellent, just a mere 2 minute walk from Bruxelles Midi which gave easy access to the railway trains and metro. By metro, we could reach the city centre easily within 10 minutes. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a luxurious and highly enjoyable stay. There was also a kettle and LCD TV in the room. We also enjoyed using the toiletries provided by the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors travelling to Brussels.
