It's a great location and the room we had was really spacious and had a lovely feel to it. Nice decor, spotlessly clean, opening windows and very comfortable. On arrival at the hotel (3 hours before official check-in) we were
warmly welcomed, our luggage stored and given a map and some advise on
exploring the local area.
We returned around 4pm and were directed to our room, the room was immaculate, and the bed very comfy :-)

Great location! Very close to the centrum and train station. The hotel
is surrounded by several great bars and restaurants. Staff was very
professional and accommodating. We arrived after the kitchen quite late
and the bartender/receptionist were very helpful in providing late
night snacks and drinks -- great staff! Free wifi with reasonable speed.
Breakfast was great, although a bit expensive (20 euro) if not reserved
in advanced.

The location was very good right at the city center, however, the best part was the cleanliness, the comfortability, the apartment design, and the general details that made us to feel like home. When we first noticed the hotel flags we were impressed by the location. The hotel is so close to the hub and centre of Brussels, we were able to walk everywhere. I've been in this hotel many times for business trip. The position of the hotel is perfect. Close to the city center (grand place etc.) and close to central station. Very very close to "La morte subite" serving the famous flavored beer and to the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert (glamour shopping arcade). Free wifi, clean room (I don't like the choice of the colors of some rooms... too brown, but it is a very personal judgment). Great breakfast! Many good options (and I'm Italian and picky!).

The hotel is very near to Brussels Central Station . When I reached this station , there are lack of signage in English and no free map is available at station ,which its slight difficult for me to find the hotel location for the first time .
On the second day , we goes around the Brussels Central tourist attraction . It's very convenient because the hotel is located within walking distance to these tourist attraction . You will not get lost when you walk around . Just in case you are lost ,

Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! And restaurant was excellent too, and staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and I love the all in concept. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are modern and clean. I recommend taking a double room as the single rooms are small and dont have a boath but the double rooms are perfect.

Only a couple of mins from Gare du Midi, this hotel was not only convenient but also clean, very comfortable and centrally located. About 20mins walk from Grande Place.
The booking had not been changed as requested from 2 doubles to 1 triple, but the receptionist (manager?) offered us a family room at no extra cost. A welcome decision, which made

The staff person who checked us in and out was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and that set the tone for the entire stay. Kudos to that associate; I wish I could recall his name. Also, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was well appointed. The sound proof windows worked like a charm even though our room was over a busy street. The location was good for us because we used the Midi station coming and going and for a day trip.
