  Our experience was excellent from every aspect: location, cleanliness of the rooms, staff, service. It's in a great position in the centre - not too far from anything but not at all noisy.   On arrival at the hotel (3 hours before official check-in) we were warmly welcomed, our luggage stored and given a map and some advise on exploring the local area. If we are to return to Brussels I would not look anywhere els - Great location! Very close to the centrum and train station. The hotel is surrounded by several great bars and restaurants. Staff was very professional and accommodating. We arrived after the kitchen quite late and the bartender/receptionist were very helpful in providing late night snacks and drinks -- great staff! Free wifi with reasonable speed. Breakfast was great, although a bit expensive (20 euro) if not reserved in advanced.

  It was a wonderful hotel. The room was huge with a huge bed as well and with an excellent view of the city. Very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, only a small walk to the main city square.
