I had a wonderful stay in Ghent, and I have to say that it was thanks to the very warm welcome I received from the hosts of the Cuberdon B&B. When I texted to say when I’d be arriving, they offered to pick me up from the station as they happened to be passing. (A very welcome offer after so many hours travelling). Very friendly and helpfull staff during our stay.
Every morning a very nice breakfast.
You can ask anything about your stay in Gent, they have all info at the B&B.
B/C of the 30 min. walk, we looked for a nearby restaurant;
There is a fun restaurant nearby it's called 'Fabula Rasa' it's good food/nice price

Spaciuos room (we had the front central apartment with a balcony). Friendly helpful staff. Good restaurant - excellent meals which you wouldn't guess from the overly modest menu descriptions e.g. fish soup turned out to be a large tureen containing enough for two people! The rooms were always nice and warm. Always hot water in the shower, even at peak times. The room service was excellent.
Totally enjoyed the buffet breakfast, in a nice relaxed atmostphere. UK tv in the rooms. Excellent value for money. Nice friendly family staff members. -

I have stayed at Ibis hotels many times before. Always a good time, but this time the Hotel really impress. The size of the room, against the normal Ibis network was huge and the staff very pleasant. Congratulations - Location was excellent and the room was very good value.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Will definatly be staying at this hotel again. Quite difficult to find hotel parking due to one way systems and pedestrian streets but hotel staff were brilliant with directions. - The location in the town centre. The friendly and comfortable ambience.
