Kind staff, eager to please.
The room had just been redecorated; all new and fresh.
No extra charge for parking underneath the hotel.
Breakfast was very good. - It was very friendly and the location was brilliant, great for public transport and taxis. The secure parking is a must and everyting was great

The hotel is very nice, even excellent as regards the rooms, the
breakfast and the location (in the European district). The eco-friendly
character of the hotel is an added value in itself. It was my first stay
and I was very positive surprised by the fact that one hour free use of
internet is included in the room rate and I could also print my boarding
pass for free. I will try to book this hotel in the future.

The location is not so far away from the metro and have nice areas with good restaurants.
The breakfast is amazing with fresh bread, press juice and coffee. Great way to begin your day with that incredible breakfast. The owners are so helpful and offer a outstanding service.

Friendly staff and a very reasonable breakfast. The room was clean and although the view was bad, I would say it was excellent value for money. The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The facilities are ultra modern and we found it very comfortable to stay there. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

Helpful staff; room was small, but I'm traveling alone and the room and it was a very nice small room. Free internet and breakfast were also a plus. - Very good central situation near a main shopping area, great hotel with very comfortable rooms (ensuite bathroom) and great breakfast.
