  Extremely efficient - we arrived late on a Sunday and everything was laid out at reception ready for us - just pick up the key and go to the room!!!! Marvellous. The Hotel is right in the middle of the tourist area, just puuuurrrfect.   Rooms were very comfortable and well furnished. Food was excellant quality, staff helpful and friendly. The hotel as a whole was very clean and centrally located for the Menin gate, Grote Market and of course for visiting the many WW1 cemetaries. Ideal for a disabled traveller. - Friendliness of staff.   Chris, Sascia and all their staff were very welcoming. Nothing was to much trouble. looking forward to see what the do with the Hotel O their plans sound exciting. the location is just of the main square so you don't have far to travel to the key sites. we love Ypre and everything it has to offer and this hotel is central for all of it. - Grea... τι λέει ο κόσμος » t staff, very helpful.
