From our initial booking to our arrival our contact with Dirk and his help in answering our travel query was very well answered.
Dirk is a very welcoming and knowledgeable host.
The apartment is accessed by lift and as the apartment is on the 3rd floor it has the best views.
Apartment is very clean, very well planned and Dirk supplies more amenities in apartment than most hotels.

The studio was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had everything, including candles for a candle-lit supper. Lovely view of the abbey and garden from the front windows and a small balcony on the back. Bus stop was a 2-minute walk. Great natural foods store less than a 10-minute walk. Our host, Dirk, was very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
Everything we needed (and more) was there. The flat was very modern with a comfortable bed. The place was very clean and has a good location. The manager is a very friendly guy, who was more then willing to answer all our questions about Gent. Loved the folding bikes and would stay there again!.
It was a fantastic apartment to stay in! It was very clean, had everything we needed and more ( think art books, mosquito screens and ecover) and Dirk was very helpful and welcoming.

We had the misfortune of staying in the flat during the only noisy weekend in Gent. The opening weekend (or something like that) of the university, with lots of students celebrating during the night. All the noise resulted in lost sleep. But it`s hardly fair to blame that on Designflat Gent.
There was nothing not to like.
Nothing to dislike.
