  Staff were very friendly. Room was neat and tidy and maid service was first class with great attention to detail. Breakfast was superb with a fantastic choice and very helpful staff. Location was excellent.   I have been staying there regularly for years as it is by far the most comfrtable hotel in Brussels. It went through a rough patch when the new owners tokk over but things seemed to have settled down again including the dining arrangements - The hospitality. The breakfast was more than I expected.
