  Clean, modern, friendly, comfortable hotel. Weekend rate including breakfast was very good value for money. Breakfast was delicious and breakfast hours were generous. Late checkout on Sunday at no extra charge. Easy to reach from train station Midi/Zuid (3 stops on metro line 2).   I arrived early morning after a flight from New York and was courteously greeted by a staff member who invited me to relax in their lobby and have a cup of coffee while they attended to having a room ready as soon as possible despite the fact it was well prior to their official check-in time. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

  When we first noticed the hotel flags we were impressed by the location. The hotel is so close to the hub and centre of Brussels, we were able to walk everywhere. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly and welcoming recepitionist, she was full of smiles. The hotel was, in our view, was very luxurious. The price of the accomodation was a bargain f - I've been in this hotel many times for business trip. The position of the hotel is perfect. Close to the city center (grand place etc.) and close to central station. Very very close to "La morte subite" serving the famous flavored beer and to the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert (glamour shopping arcade). Free wifi, clean room (I don't like the choice of the colors of some rooms... too brown, but it is a very personal judgment). Great breakfast! Many good options (and I'm Italian and picky!).
