Very cheap; very handy. It's not that bad, as we seen in other
comments. Is far from the center, so is perfect if you travel by car.
The attention is ok, everything is clean, good croissant and coffee in
the morning. Everything you need, bathroom, tv, wi-fi, recepcion 24h,

It was me and my mother travelling to Brussels and we stayed in this hotel for several nights. Staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. Their English was good as well. Location is not bad, near to tram station which takes you to the city centre in 7 min. Our room was clean and neat, breakfast was simple but really enough to start your day.

Host is excellent - very helpful! The apartment felt like home - it was comfortable and had a 'lived in' feel - most definitely not like an impersonal hotel. I completely enjoyed the short stay I had, and will most definitely stay here again when next in Brussels. Best wishes, Geoff -

We couldn't get out of bed and our room because it was soooo comfortable! The bed was a king size and hotel grade. We had a TV, kitchen, huge bathroom (the shower looked like a time travel machine), windows, utensils/plate etc, microwave, aircon...

Friendly staff extremely professional and considerate,room was a high standard as were all the communal areas, an excellent selection of continental offerings for breakfast. Το Hotel Orts είναι ένα boutique ξενοδοχείο κοντά στο σταθμό La Bourse του μετρό και σε απόσταση 400μ. από τη Grand Place. Προσφέρει καλά εξοπλισμένα δωμάτια με ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι.

The owner, Peter and all the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival, Peter gave us a book detailing all the amazing buildings on the Grand Place as well as good info regarding places worth seeing. Also the location was fantastic - close to everything - no need for a tour, you could walk all of the Old Town on your own. Lovely old hotel 100m from the Metro. We can DEFINITELY recommend it.

Great breakfast!! Really comfy beds, spacious and clean rooms, veryfriendly and helpful staff, good location as Tram 4 is only a few minutes'walk away that will take you right into the Centrum and the hotel isalso within walking distance to the Atorium and Bruparck - Peaceful location outside Bruxels with a very good restaurant and verygood service

-You are at walking distance from Saint Guidon Metro Station (less than 15 minutes) and the bus stop it's almost in front of the hous

B&B Josaphat is a true gem! The room and bathroom were clean, spacious, very nicely decorated and quiet. The minibar was well-stocked with drinks and there even was a coffeemaker (high quality coffee) and water cooker for tea. The hosts are very friendly and did their utmoast to make my stay comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with home made bread, bio produce of local origin and very tasty coffee. Crazy/originally equipped and decorated rooms - very creative.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Relatively well working wifi - each floor has own AP.
Both negative comments I consider sort of trade-off for stylish equipment, which is really unique.

It is an excellent hotel. Its location is also excellent, very close to an underground station. The area is full of variety of facilities such as good food. - I am glad that you have some rooms for smokers. Besauce of this smokers can not feel as discriminated. The staff was very kind.
