This place is right where you want to be. Just a few steps away is great shopping, restaurants, etc just a little off the beaten path which was cool. Then, Grand Place is just a few blocks away. The staff is super nice and helpful. Giuseppe was awesome. The first day he pulled out a map and gave us some awesome suggestions for restaurants and areas we probably wouldn't have found. The flat is very well located in the alternative district of St Gery. It is maximum 5 minutes walking from the Grand Place (city center) and from the Manneken Pis.
The staff is very nice.
I recommend this location for people who want to sleep/stay in a charming and well located flat.
Very good location, little noizy in holidays but if you come for holidays? And if you loking for silence don't visit this city. Good rooms for 2 persons, with children may be you need more space. Good shower room.
The friendliness of the staff, the comfort and the cleanness. The price

Small lavatory basin and dark place for shaving. Steep stairway to 3d floor but if you came for walks in city it is normal training. There was not frying pan but now it is.
Nothing really but do remember that you need to either pay in advance by
bank transfer or pay cash (it is clearly stated in the booking page).
The neighbourhood is fun, quite popular and bohemian so great for some
but may not be for others. I personally loved it. Finally, the flat is
on the third floor (no lift) and steep stairs so again not an issue for
some but may be for others.
