Please note that a refundable deposit of EUR 850 will be charged upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded following check-out after a deduction of the water, heating and electricity fees and providing no damages have been caused.
Please note that water, heating and electricity fees are not included in the rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (See above).
