I was very happy with how well the suites were well equiped. Usually places like this would not actually provide fully equiped chitcken that you can use for cooking, but this one did! The staff were great even though they seem to be a bit lost (but to be fair the hotel just opened few days ago).
The pool was good. The parking was available in the basement but you have to navigate to find the elevators.

Mean approach to wireless, had to pay which nowadays is ridiculous.
Purchased one hour wireless only used 15 minutes and could not get
back into it.
Special requests letsbookhotel.com...requested roses be put in the two rooms for the ladies on St Valentines Day...no roses. -

1.Staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. They were willing to accommodate any request to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
2. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive to our children.
3. Club Lounge access was very good even with children and staff always aimed to please.

I do not have enough words of praise for this hotel. Stunning, breathtaking, amazing, without a doubt one of the best hotels I have ever been too. From the amazing staff, to the beautiful surroundings, to the incredible rooms, there is nothing that isn't 5 star plus, plus. It was truly the most relaxing, enjoyable, and luxurious week I have had. Worth every penny! Bahrain is beautiful and should be on the top 10 places to visit in the Middle East by far.

The staff was super, anything you needed or even a kind smile and a chat
to see how you got on. For me the bellboy named shazad was excellent.
Before I got to the hotel we had a long flight. Held up by immigration
for no reason and local moody taxi driver. So I was a bit annoyed but he
soon changed my mood. Her cheered me up, helped me with me set

memebers were so friendly and greate hospitality. Room was cleaned and

I have totally enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the room was wonderful everything was just perfect, and the fact it had a restaurant not far from the hotel made dining out very easy and the selection of the restaurant was big and great. I was extremely pleased with the hotel. I was able to get this hotel at a much lower rate than was expected. The room was huge and beautifully decorated. The resort and villa were more then we expected. It was a beautiful, romantic and relaxing weekend. The staff were all excellent and very professional. - The hotel is gorgeus. I loved our villa with an outside jaguzzi and pool. The perfect hotel for privacy and relaxations. Yoga and stretching classes were excellent.

The swim-up pool bar and pool party were great fun with a range of reasonably-priced cocktails and great music. The breakfast was very nice indeed. The room was cleaned thoroughly and the bed was very comfortable. The TV/dvd combo were easy to control in the lounge area, unlike some other hotels I tried in the same area. The return taxi service

Booked a standard room for 45 dinar per night but received an upgrade to a small one bedroom appartment on the 11th floor. Very spacious and clean, large windows with a view over the bay. Very quiet, good bed. No mini bar, but there is a refrigirator and there is a convenient store at 10 minutes walking from the hotel. there you can also find some restaurants and fast food chains.
