Very ease To reach by train, and hearty breakfast. Very original room with middle shower.

minibar could be more interesting including some chips, peanuts or something. All supermarkets were closed in this area (+- 1 km) on Sunday (and Saturday evening), but this is not a problem of hotel

Amazing location, 2min walk from the Christmas Markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food at the hotel is expensive but fantastic.

there was permanent financial misunderstandings at the reception desk and they just dissappeared when the matter of discussion had been changed.

The front desk provided me with the wrong information. I didn't like one of the white receptionists there. the shower is in the same room without curtains.

The general feel of the hotel was good. Excellent location and connectivity.

No parking space in front of the hotel. I've got a ticket for unpaid parking while I was checking in.

Well placed, nice design, spacious, comfort and modern hotel. Friendly and helpfull staff.

Poor sound isolation; I.E. woke up due to people speaking (not shouting) in the next room. Also could easily understand people discussing on the corridor.

Everything was to my liking, even the transparent shower, which I know some people find a bit odd but you are forewarned if you do your research. Loved the location which was within walking distance of a great many must see places and shopping opportunities if that's your thing. Very close to public transport too. Wait staff in the Brasserie were very keen to meet all needs if possible. Was very pleased with my choice of hotel in Vienna.

I would have liked to see more vegetarian options on the dinner menu. Ordered tomato soup one evening which arrived with a prosciutto garnish even after telling the waiter I was a vegetarian. Perhaps the language barrier was the problem.

Great location. Comfortable room. Friendly and experienced staff.

Bad service during the breakfast. It took a lot of time to be served. I guess l more more people should be involved in order to solve this issue.

Breakfast and spa. The location is excellent. It's 3 minutes walk to Rathaus metro station where you can go to anywhere you want.

Staff were very strict on check out time even though the room was not ready on when we arrived. .

The location is really good, walking distance from many places and also close to the subway. The room is big, comfortable and the breakfast is very good, with many options

There is carpet on the room, I thought that there was a lot of dust on the room. On the breakfast there was some small flies flying on the food, maybe should cover the food to avoid the direct contact.....

good location,5 minutes walk from the town hall but in very quiet area of town, which was really nice; breakfast buffet was extensive with lots of variety; glass transparent shower in the middle of the room was a nice idea.

internet was rather slow; pillows too soft; no english channels on TV which is not acceptable for a 4/5 star hotel.

Excellent location, less than 10 min on foot to the parliament. Everything in the room was in very good shape and is designed with some elegance. Very comfortable bed. The shower is special, can be romantic.

Lovely breakfasts with a nice variety.

The sauna and fitness zone was not cleaned during a period of 2 days. Nothing was cleaned up-the glasses, towels, and some rubbish on the floor was left there throughout the 2 day stay. No new shampoos were brought. On the second day of our stay, our room was not cleaned appropriately.

Disturbing house keeping, came at 5pm and if they were asked to come later you should see that face! So, she start cleaning while my partner was just in towel and refused to not clean. I told her twice we do not need cleaning if she can't came later, but she does not understand english nor german.

Wifi service was a bit strange. You need separate passwords for every equipment. Also connection dropped out quite often and you had to give password again and again.

Amazing breakfast. There was a young gentleman who made sure our breakfast was perfect, coffee topped, and if we needed more food.

Don't share room with anyone that you don't want to see you showering. No privacy shower.

The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground. The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra. My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

While the hotel is good, I am not sure that it is a 5 star hotel. 4 star would be more accurate. Little things like slippers, face clothes, bath robes - what you would expect from a five star facility were absent. The breakfast area was always packed and it was difficult to get a seat, which meant having to wait for a table to become available.

The breakfast was great, big variety. The room is spacious and comfortable. All of the facilities are brand new and the room as well as the hotel are very clean. The location is fantastic, right next to the Rathous station. The staff is nice and will provide all the services one could possible need during the trip.

For some reason, someone thought it is acceptable to have an absolutely see-through shower in the middle of the room. So there is no privacy and the hotel could suit only couples (that are ok with this).

Excellent location, friendly staff, stylish hotel

On arrival, we accepted a 20 Euro a day upgrade for a de luxe room. The mini-bar didn't work and was not fixed during our four night stay - the offer of drinks brought from the bar on request was an unsatisfactory solution. We did not feel that the upgrade was good value under the circumstances.
