Apartment was clean and spacious, kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms are well decorated and beds were very comfortable, good view of the city centre. Balcony was handy. We'd love to stay there again. A lot of nice restaurants and shops just 100 metres from the apartment. Tram stop near the building. Just two stops on the metro and you will be in the centre of city.
The apartment we supposed to get was not clean, so we recieved a bigger and better one, with Wifi. Very nice.
Lots of spare blankets, spacious rooms, good heating.

Big and clean apartment, new equipment, okay location. Fast Wi-Fi.
Very interesting historical house, but little terrible :).

Close to the city center.
We gave only an approximate hour of arrival and somebody met us right away in front of the building and showed us to the apartment.
No chairs in the kitchen and I think dinning table should be in the kitchen, not in the bedroom.
Mandatory Cleaning Fee Eur30 should be included in the cost you see when you scroll through letsbookhotel.com, not in reservation details in small print.
Some basics are missing, for example some more cooking equipment would
be welcome.
The apartment was not properly cleaned - sticky floors in the kitchen and most importantly a dirty toilet.
The fridge had a funky smell and was malfunctioning so we had to keep our food out on the terras - luckily we visited Vienna during the winter.
