Τα ειδικά οικογενειακά δωμάτια και ο χώρος παιχνιδιού κάνουν το ξενοδοχείο ιδανική βάση και για οικογένειες με παιδιά.

Nice scenic views, peacefull surroundings away from the city center. Staff were very helpful; transport to city centre was excellent. The hotel is very clean, good price, good food, nice staff.hotel staff. όλα τα σχόλια
the room was great, the people were very communicative and helpful. It is located in a quite region.The location, the rooms. Travelling with a Car the hotel location is perfect to access main tourist points in Wien. Is on the way to Schonbrunn palace for example and with easy access to the train station. Staff was very nice and helpful despite not all of them speak good english.the clean was clean evan if not so nice. Easy communication with Vienna centre (20min by bus+15min by metro). Nice place gablits, and easy to travel to viennw. Close to the city. Wi-Fi was ok, but it was only in a lobby.Close to the main road. Good breakfast.nothing. they don't have wi-fi. only in the lobby and for 5 eur.no refrigirator in the room. the breakfast menu was poor. Breakfast could have been better with a wider variety of food.In the evening there was no warm water.Breakfast is poor, the bread can break your teeths. Nothing else offered except for the room and the facilities are obviously old and not maintain up to the level of the price you pay for the room.it was very noisy in the morning and nobody from the hotel staf spoke any english. Unauthorised credit card charging before arrival with full rate- Bed sheets were not ironed - Breakfast with small variety of food - Small bathroom. No reception in the night hours: you have to ask before you go out for the main key of the hotel.Bathroom was small and smelled awfull, showertube wasnt cleaned after previous guests - awfull!!!!, it was awfully cold in hotel, no heating!!! Not even one person at reception speaking english.There was no really breakfastbuffet, no playing rooms for the childrenand a very small room for a triple room.Service to be improved! Fridge in the rooms missing.No dinner was available at the Hotel nor nearby. I coudn't close the door to the bathroom. One morning there was no hot water. And the hotel has a bad location.It smells awful in the bathroom.The carpet at room was dirty-toenail on the floor.Everything smelt of cigarette smoke.Very small quadrupleroom.It's a 2** hotel - not 3*** as stated on web ! - with very smallsuffocating rooms, no hot water sometimes, very noisy anywhwre insideand outside, water trickleing at the toilet, bad looking breakfast,tableware and glasses, unfriendly general impression. hotel is old, dirty, decrepit. bed sheets were not washed after the previous guest. cutlery at breakfast was so dirty that we did not dare use it for fear of disease.
