Everything is perfectly clean. There is even no cobwebs on the carport, what is very unusual for Townsville. Perfect attention to detail regarding cleaning.
Nothing fancy equipped, but beds very comfortable and kitchen with all necessities.

The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble from booking my
skydive for me to charging my phone when my charger broke. Tabitha and
Steve were such lovely people, I wish I had more time there. The
apartment was immaculate and really comfortable and there was a lovely
pool. It was also in a nice, quiet location very close to the Strand.

We booked 2 apartments for our family, young adlts in one apartment and adults with small children in the other. We were placed next door to each other which made it fantastically easy to go from one to the other. Checking in late and not having to pay till the morning was a Godsend, especially with small children.
Being so close to the Strand and the water park was the biggest selling point for us.
The apartment was very roomy.

Clean and comfortable. I very much liked that they caterered very well for smokers with facilities outside each room with nice little table and chairs. We did enjoy this, it also provided an opportunity to socialise with other motel guests. Very nice touch. -

Liked everything - location, food, value for money. Best thing was the staff - they were absolutely fantastic - so friendly and helpful. 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, well equipped with all facilities, clean & comfortable... great for a family. Quiet location, walking distance to city & great selection of restaurants. Secure parking and friendly staff all contributed to a great weekend's accommodation. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Townsville. -

The fact that as soon as we walked into the room we were greeted with a fresh clean smell and the whole room was clean. This seems to be a rare thing these days because cleaning products are not used in every place that we have been to, some just use water and one cloth for everything.
