Hi Patricia your place was lovely even though we couldn't use all
facilities of it.As it was only booked for the purpose of being close to
geelong for Emilys comp the next day I found 190.00 too much to pay.i
had to stay in geelong Sunday night because my car battery was dead on
Sunday nite so stayed at the Mercure in Geelong for 140 and was very
pleased. It was much better value for money. I hope the feedback has

Love the place. It was like home away from home. Dale made us feel at home, even introduced us to his family. The full fledged kitchen enabled us to quickly cook-up a meal.
Would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families.
Friendly welcome from Dale, clean, comfortable room, ample, eat as much
as you like continental breakfast. Dale has a wealth of local knowledge
of the nearby Great Ocean Road area and is very happy to share this
with visitors.
We stayed in the Chalet apartment. It was very quiet and spacious. It was like out in the country, yet so close to the Torquay town centre.
Owner very friendly and helpful.
Room very nice and clean. We even saw a kangaroo in the garden ! :) would highly recommend.
The host was helpful, welcoming & it made our stay very relaxing, would of loved an extra night.

Nothing. If you are looking for 5 star luxury breakfasts then go
elsewhere. If you are looking for good, value for money accommodation
with a friendly welcome and a continental breakfast to satisfy the
largest appetite this is the place for you. The owner, Dale, is a keen
surfer and if that is your sport this would be an ideal location.
The squeaking doors.
Was a little bit far from the beach, but we were offered a ride into town which was greatly appreciated.
Not much.
We arrived at 9:30pm and there is no sign indicating the location. Consequently we got lost and had to call them for further directions (we had already called earlier to inform that we would be late, and had basic directions). It is quite out of the way.
Very , very overpriced compared to other accommodation on Great Ocean Road. Expected better.
Light in the house is not bright enough. A little far to the beach. Small tank resulting in insuffient hot water for shower.
It was way over priced for the facility! It was clean but in poor conditioned.
