If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Sydney Star Backpackers will email detailed instructions regarding check in procedure. Please note that if you have not check-in by 6pm on the day of arrival, the total amount of the reservation, plus a $20 key deposit will be charged to your card. Please note an AUD 20 room key deposit is required upon check in, which will be refunded upon check out.
