Have stayed here 4 times now. 4 different rooms. All absolutely fine. Great location and good value for money considering the expense of Sydney CBD accommodation. Suited me perfectly. Receptionist lovely and friendly. Fourth floor rooms are nice. If you have luggage then perhaps be prepared to lug or request lower floor. Otherwise, if you can't get up 4 flights of stairs then that should be a wake up call to your fitness! Nice kitchen and lounge facilities on 3rd floor, so you can really cater . όλα τα σχόλια
Everything was better than I expected. Paid about 70 AUD per night (2 night stay) which is excellent value. The location is the most convenient possible for business trip (better than Westin which I tried the previous week and costs 5x).
The Hotel is in the middle of the city close to everything.I didn't get to the hotel until 11-15pm on a Wednesday night, The staff were more than happy to sort this out for me.Nothing was a problem.Perfect for my visit.
Perfect location! Right across from shops, restaurants and the train - and I mean RIGHT across - less than a 30 second walk. About 5 min walk to The Rocks. Very comfy room and helpful staff. Amazing value for money.
1. It was close to transport i.e. Wynard Station and buses in George St.
2. Clean and tidy.
3. The breakout area was good if you wanted to escape your room to read, sit or to cook.
4. Surprisingly quiet.
Amazing value rooms, relatively modern and clean. Very good location near station, has a bit of an asian family's home feel not like a normal hotel but kind of welcoming. Great value for the price.
The service of the staff was excellent, and the location is highly
convenient to get around anywhere in the city , it is conveniently
located a two minute walk from wynyard station.

Staff service was excellent. They went beyond expectations. The hotel location was ideal for walking around Sydney and getting the train to the airport.

location. Free wifi is rare in Australia, this hotel has it. The hotel is very very centrally located between tourist sites, shops, restaurants, bars, businesses, and also has excellent connection from the airport (without connections you can ride the train almost up to its doorstep). Nice roomy bathroom and shower. I would stay here again.
Hotel was cheap and very central. The bathroom was clean and the bed was made daily and the toiletries were stocked up.
The hotel surpassed expectations after reading terrible reviews!.
Location. They let me leave my luggage there for the day after I had
checked out. Liked that there was a lounge and kitchen area, so a mix
between a hotel and hostel.
It was nice and close to resturants and city, ensuite was clean and neat, Bed had clean sheets and was ok.
Aircon worked well and was nice and quiet.

4th floor without lift. Bit of a nuisance but easy to accept once you consider the convenience of location. You won't be walking very far so at least good to do some stairs on the way back!.
The TV only worked at night. But for those travelers who have a life and will be out during the day this is no problem!.
No lift - difficult for the elderly or infirm to manage the stairs and carry luggage.
Some scuff marks on the wall, furniture arranged a bit odd, had to rearrange it. Threats of fines.
The double bed was just two single beds pushed together, and this was
for a more expensive 'double premium' room, that's quite
tacky. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable with a tear in the quilt
as well. In the pictures on their website their rooms look really big,
but the room I had , had little to none floor space.
my room was not that big, however my brothers room was of A good size.it was not A major problem as I only used it to sleep in.
City workers were jackhammering on the street out front and worked until 4:30 am both nights. Hotel kept calling the city to get them to stop.
did not have elevator. Abit aged and worn furnishings. Small accommodations.
road works at night right outside room, tv not working, hard to get around bed, could be a bit better maintained, less cluttered.
No lift and only access to fourth floor was by stairs.
Not enough circulation of air in the rooms was sooooo hot and windows wouldn't stay open. Noisy as on busy road.
No promise of security of luggage. Suggestion to the hotel is to make
arrangements for luggage if the customers request or at least they can
do is tag the luggage and take a charge of 10 or 20 dollars. In that way
there will be more demand for the hotel.
Too many stairs.
carpet getting close to replacement, saw a two large cockroaches (one in room on 2nd floor of building - directly over a restaurant). Essentially unavoidable and every effort was made by staff to keep everything as clean as possible to avoid this.

Jackhammering commencing Saturday morning 7.30am - not good.
I left a red jumper in the wardrobe when I checked out. I called later that day ( Friday ) and as yet (Sunday) I have not heard back that the cleaner has stored to jumper for me to collect when I am next in Sydney. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage and a room on the 4th floor, it's quite a stretch. Some rooms have akward shapes, making that the television set is not in front of the bed, but next to it. Then you have to watch tv laying on your side.
Carpet and some cushion covers were dirty and staff weren't particularly friendly.
A couple of hairs, likely left by the cleaner. No bottled water in the
fridge. Only tap water available.
The megnetic door tag holder for power had a taped card over it to hold in place, at one stage the tape let go and i was left feeling my way in the dark to get the lights back on.
With no lifts, i had 5 flights of stairs to walk up so i would not recommend any elderly saty there. And they need to offer room service at least!.
