Located directly opposite Kings Cross Railway Station, this hostel is just metres from clubs, live music venues, restaurants and cafes. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi and all rooms offer a TV. Aussie Lodge has bus stops right outside the hotel with buses going to Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay 3 km away. Bondi Beach is 15 minutes’ drive away. Guests enjoy a fully equipped shared kitchen with cooking utensils provided. The relaxing lounge area offers a sofa and TV. There is 24/7 access to the building and to the communal bathroom’s hot showers. All rooms at Aussie Lodge Kings Cross are air conditioned and offer a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities and a private shower. Most private rooms have an en suite bathroom.

i like the reception guys, very kindful. Location. The manager / owner was a pleasant person to speak to and was very accommodative to my requirements. Location and ease of finding it. Location is great for partying backpackers who are on a budget and dont care about cleanliness. The location. The location is in the middle of the very loud and busy Kings Cross area of Sydney. Also close to the gay area, it's a great place to enjoy the cosmopolitan nightlife.

It s good when you are here to party drink and take drugs.... Right opposite the train station. Nothing at all. Location. nothing. Nothing. the view. Internet was very essential to me and I reserved the Lodge because Internet was said to be available. However Internet connection was not available in the lodge due to service break down. However the owner gave me a price discount and extended check out which was satisfying. Many steps to get there. One of the dirtiest places I ve ever seen! Even though they said they would do the rooms every day I couldnt see anything done apart from the emptied bin. The floor was full of somebody else's hair and I felt disgusted walking on it! Being directly on Darlinghurst eoad its also very loud in the night. Not clean at all. The room was disgusting, we had to clean the whole bathroom before we used it, checking in is disorganised, and to check out and get your $50 - $100 key deposit back you can't leave until after 10:30 as there's no staff there until that time, ridiculous!!. Horrible disgusting place, fifthy dirty, infested with fleas and cockroaches, stinks, run by a bunch of unsavoury characters. My advise is to strongly avoid this place. this hotel is disgusting. Not clean, very noisy, I wanted leave before but they didnt want refund me.... The place did not look like the photos; the manager said that's because the photos were five years old. The place was not clean or welcoming. I left with my wife without staying the night because she couldn't bear the place. walls were dirty shower was discusting sheets were not a set staff were un-responsive everything !!. Poor level stuff, poor quality bed, poor quality bath room, poor quality facilities. cockroaches everywhere, very dirty, loudly, can't sleep, worst accommodation ever seen. Not clean Cockroaches Flooded Bathroom no tv Reception Prostitutes Hotel Noisy Smelly Seems to be a halfway house for losers. completely run down, dirty, mouldy very unfriendly staff staff admittedly forgot to clean room before he wanted us to stay there, by the looks of it this wasn't the first time he forgot definately not to be recommended, it would be more comfortable to sleep in the streets information on website didn't reflect reality. old facilities, dirty and noisy environment and terrible service.
