Clean, comfortable bed, friendly host, quiet as just off highway, central location - walk to shops & restaurants. Will stay there again when next in Hamilton. -

Staff (owner) was amazing. There was a smell in iur room, we went down to tell her, immediately we were moved. She apologised that the new apartment wasn't as good (actually it was better) she was friendly and welcoming. She gave great advice if where to eat in town. Apartment had washer and dryer which was great. Showers were good and hot. -

Was quite suprised at how nice the accomodation was here ! Friendly staff (visiting from SA ) two type of biscuts nice touch , soap in shower was nice , all cubord space and shower was convient and cleen .

It's only 5 mins drive to 12 apostles, although it's the isolated hotel on an unpavedroad. It might be a little bit scared for the first sight. Just the best hotel not only because it's five minutes away from 12 apostles but also for many other reasons. Friendly personnel, great nature, nice, tidy and spacey. Highly recommend. Small statue of Ned Kelly next to the entrance is cool. We enjoyed so much staying there.

Wonderful apartment. Sadly only stayed one night it would be perfect for a week. Right opposite a racecourse if you are into that! Minutes from a tram stop which would take 20 mins into Melbourne. The staff were very accommodating and nothing was a problem for them.

The room was a great size, Had a bit of everything in there. Breakfast was good. Nice big cups too. Was great having a cd/radio player in room. Lady at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Easy to get to motel as well. Was very pleased with my stay there. -

l found the accomodation excellent, it was a breath of fresh air. Te accomdation from the, linen, bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen all very clean. The linen crisp and white and bathroom was excellent, only issue being is that it was a shoer over spa, for elderly not so easy, managment have told me that all apartments are undergoing renovations. Healesville Apartment is a very excellent place to stay. My family was so happy that we stayed there. It is more of a home than an apartment.

These apartments are in a great location, one block behind the main street of Healesville. The apartment was large with separate lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The balcony was generous and a lovely place to sit. All rooms thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast basket with fresh bread and jam and cereal and milk was a delicious addition. The whole place exuded a sense of comfort and quietness- a beautiful place to have a relaxing weekend away from town.

Location was handy for visiting surrounding villages, the Gateway Village (arts and crafts, tourist information and an excellent café) and the Army Museum. The units were very spacious and well designed. We especially liked the fully enclosed private courtyard at the rear of each unit. -

It was comfortable, especially the bed. Being able to have our dogs with us. Off street parking. Was in a very convenient position and easy to get to the city. It was well equipped and serviced. -

It is a great unit with excellent facilities and cleanliness. The range of kitchenware is fabulous. Spacious living room and dining area. Very comfortable. The owner is very friendly and helpful. They also provide daily snow and weather information sheets. Will definitely recommend this unit to our friends. -

From the moment we arrived Molly was fantasic! We were greeted by Molly's very old and friendly blue healers. Molly came straight out and showed as where we were staying. We stayed in the Cottage. It was perfect. It had everything we needed and I am sure if it didn't Molly would have made sure we had it. It was so peaceful! We had had a gruelling trip so we were feeling a bit flat when arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and we were welcomed and shown around the accommodation. It is such a lovely spot and we were very happy with everything. -
