Has an amazing location, our ocean-view room had probably the best view I've ever had from a hotel room and I've travelled a lot. Great little patio too which was unexpected but awesome perk. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Fridge in room was nice. Bathroom had been updated recently and was nice and modern. Included a good quality hair dryer which was a nice plus too. I loved the communication, the calls too make sure we were traveling safe. The greeting how well they were with my 2 yr old boy! The comfort they made us feel so welcome room was very clean tidy and comfortable! Breakfast was so delicious! And great services all round esp the help too and from the hospital. I stayed for a night with my mum. The wonderful hosts greeted us on arrival and carried our bags to our studio appartment. Service and amenities were excellent and very well maintained. My wife and I enjoyed our one night stay at Dalfruin. Our hosts could not have been more friendly or helpful. The accommodation was excellent. The property is well situated, just a very short walk from the centre of the very interesting small town. We regretted having to leave but had to press on..

Easily the best place I stayed for the price in my trip around Australia! I could not reccomend it more.
- Paul is super helpful in coming up with ideas of things to do and see in Melbourne, really listening to your needs

You were made to feel welcome by Paul before you even arrived: welcome emails, help needed accommodated, bookings made for wine trips etc. It was more like staying in someone's home - warm, cosy, large and lovely. Everything was a surprise in terms of comfort and size plus the guest lounge which was fully stocked with bar, sundries, magazines, dvds etc - just the lovliest b&b.
