The staff were exceptional, the rooms were amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable. Even walking into the reception and smelling the beautiful scent of the burning candles was such a lovely experience. I ended up staying for 2 nights as I had scored a free night through the overstay program! Best Idea!!! -

Location. Very handy to where we had to go. Would be a good idea to have
directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos
you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a
tradesman and then it was easy going. Can be a bit stressful for country

The hotel was very trendy, with unique artwork hung everywhere and anywhere. Our hotel room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was beyond comfortable, nothing like your usual hard hotel bed with stiff sheets. I honestly can not remember the last time I had such a good sleep in a hotel. Definitely what I needed!

I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for
all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham

Quay West Suites provided all that we needed for a weekend trip to Melbourne. The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rates and the choices were plentiful and a great way to start our day.Overall, I was happy with my stay.

The Blackman hotel is a top quality hotel with excellent facilities and staff. For people driving like myself think this is the most value-for-money stay in Mebourne city centre. Costs AUD25 for 24hr parking.
I manage to find my way to hotel using my GPS with ease.
It's only about less than 5min walk to the tram station (free city circle tram) for those not driving. only thing the tram ends at 6pm and 9pm on wkns. Without trams it will be a 15min walk from Spencer St area as you need to get around this big railway station (i think) and you can't walk straight down Bourk

The waiter at the burger bar was fantastic - he really deserves to be acknowledged. Our stay was fabulous. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. The breaky was lovely and free.. The food at the restaurant was delicious and very reasonable in price. It's close to all the shops and restaurants of which there are many in this fabulous town. A lovely stay. Thank you so much. It was a really lovely place to stay. Everything appeared new or at least very well kept. There were many things to do within the drawers and cupboards. The thing we liked the most was the quality of kitchen things.

Location ! Location ! Trams city tour tram airport bus etc at your door step also Casino all water fronts . Staff are so obliging and friendly. Very helpful . Give them full marks . Can't nor not possible are just not part of their vocalabury. The sirocco restaurant is also excellent . Have eaten all arou d the city we found the most pleasant on our door . Breakfast excellent .
