Apartments, have all the answers on location. They generally meet the
standards and requirements for comfortable stays. Two Bathrooms and
WC's is a must for sharing people. Nice and clean, roomy, good
quality working Kitchen utilities, and very secure. Would stay here
again only if the price represented better than most for value, as
explained by my red comments.

The apartment was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, quite spacious one with large windows overlooking the surrounding area. Laundry facilities were incorporated into the main bathroom. There was a heated swimming pool & small gym in the apartment building. The building also has a number of lifts. -

Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very
modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as
well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the
apartment you can't hear anything. Loved the foxtel in the lounge

Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished.
This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town.

We loved the bed. It was so comfortable, the best bed we have ever slept in.
The staff were very helpful and polite.
Everything was clean tidy and more than we had expected. We had a city view king room and it was that and more.

Great spot, with easy access to city wonderful restaurant with superb food, pool and spa a bonus, room very comfortable nod gret to be able to open a window for air condition free air. -
The room was clean and tidy and the view of Albert park lake was great.

Every thing was lovely. Despite the fact it was on a major road, it was very quiet and restful. Staff were very helpful.

Quay West Suites provided all that we needed for a weekend trip to Melbourne. It is within convenient walking distance from the NGV, Federation Square, The Arts Centre, Hamer Hall, etc, with lots of restaurants at Southbank. The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rates and the choices were plentiful and a great way to start our day.Overall, I was happy with my stay.

great stay. -
I liked the fact that it was situated near the city attractions but not
too close, hence not too noisy. The tram stop was just by the hotel or
we could walk downtown in less than 15 minutes. There was a small
supermarket right next door. We were on 10th floor and had the views
without the traffic noise. The staff were nice and helpful and the
apartment was roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

The rooms were bright, clean and great room configuration for feng shui - mirrors could be folded away from main sleeping area - a feature I look forward to in a room. All staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. Bonus there is a mineral spa in the complex. Parking is good and access is exellent. I am extending stay for 1 more week as

This is a lovely place to stay. Our apartment was on the 4th floor with a view to the ocean. It is some distance from the town but that doesn't matter, there is a great walk to the ocean over a swing bridge across the river. We had two nights there and it was most enjoyable. Our apartment was very attractive with a great set-up for the ensuite bathroom.

The waiter at the burger bar was fantastic - he really deserves to be acknowledged. My family and I had to attend a funeral that same day and he was fantastic that night we went in to the bar for tea. Our stay was fabulous. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. The breaky was lovely and free.. The food at the restaurant was delicious and very reasonable in price. It's close to all the shops and restaurants of which there are many in this fabulous town. A lovely stay. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

luxurious apartment! I booked three 2 bedrooms apartment for a big family of 7 adults and 5 kids. apartments were all clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Ktichenette was very well quiped and suited the family needs to make a decent meal after a long day out.

The staff were wonderful - we had an issue with the fridge not working
and we were moved straight away. The parking was great, the location was
excellent with kids as it was walking distance to the botanic gardens
and there was a small kids playground 2 minutes down the road. The kids
also loved the pool and the space in the unit was good for young kids

We were attending a Jazz Festival at the Resort. We found the facilities very good our only disappointment was the lack of understanding of our needs by the catering staff. We waited 32 minutes for coffee on Saturday morning,The catering facilities in the room where the music was played did not open until 5pm, t.he resort missed out on a large amount of revenue. I could see no reason why it old not open at say 10am.Allinall we had a tremendous time and have booked for the same weekend next year
