  Location was awesome - absolutely lived up to the pictures, and we loved it. The space was also good - we had two separate apartments with a connecting door. - the staff very nice, design of the bedroom very good, lot of good amenities like a washing machine, a oven, tea coffee, blanket and so on

  There was a confusion regarding a spa room and we were upgraded with no problems as soon as we discovered mistake. We also had another issue which the owner/manager sorted out straight away with not a problem. We were very impressed. Accomodation was comfortable. Pengiun's were so cute. - Good facilities/environment; resort room is nice, spacious... τι λέει ο κόσμος » & comfortable. Most spectacular is the penguin night-view, for which the resort staff is very kind to light up the penguin walking path so can have a fairly close view of penguin go-home scene. Highly recommended.

  The cabin was warm and comfy, the bed was top class and the bathroom was modern with the best shower ever! Loved being upgraded to spa cabin when the double cabins that we booked had all been occupied. The position with lake view was wonderful. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we loved the boat trip. Restaurant food, while delicious, ar... τι λέει ο κόσμος » rived luke warm but was heated up graciously when requested. - It was a magnificent setting and the chalet we had was very comfortable. The ferry trip on Lake St Clair on the Idaclair was wonderful and the ferry driver was great.

  We like everything about Henry Jones. This hotel has great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, a high quality onsite restaurant, a great atrium area for inclement weather, a fabulous bar. The hotel design is first rate, and the decor is in the best of taste. Five stars. - The staff were very friendly and very helpfully with recommending restaurants, and sightseeing etc..they were happy to let us leave our rental car there until we were catching our flight at lunch time. I will certainly recommend the Henry jones as a place to stay when in tassie to my friends...

  A previous guest had clearly smoked in the room. I could not re-locate to another room since there are no reception staff available after 4:00 pm on Sundays. The hotel does not accept American Express cards. This was not clear on letsbookhotel.com where I used my American Express card to secure the booking. - Everything was perfect. You don't usually have self contained units serviced daily .. but they did and it was a treat to arrive back after a long day and all was done.
