The Beach House was incredible, the bed was so comfy, room was so spacious, amenitites were beautiful. The location of the property was excellent right across from the beach but also secluded and in a very natural setting. -

This hotel is very modern and e trembly we'll equipped. It has all the facilities one could expect and more. There are two pools adjacent to each other, one open air and the other covered. The bed we used was super comfortable and the air conditioning was extremely quiet even when working hard. If I had any regrets it would be that we only staye

Have stayed here for four years now . Great facilities , plenty of BBQ,s , situated on river one side & beach behind .
Great pool and the accommodation is fantastic . Fully self contained and very roomy . Would highly recommend to anyone . Ps great deal with letsbookhotel.com !!!

The staff were fantastic, especially those at breakfast. I didn't catch the girls name who was there both mornings yet she was helpful, polite and accommodating. Not sure of her name unfortunately yet I intend ringing them and passing on the feedback once I am back home and passing it on. I would appreciate it if you did as well. -

Palm cove or beach. Clean, tidy, lovely pool and very relaxing place to
stay. Make sure you request beachfront as this was best in our view but
equally you could overlook the pool and gardens

Coming from a Hotel Management background, I know what it means to make
people feel at home- I felt that everything was easy and effortless- by
this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the
genuine impression that it was truly a pleasure to work there and look
after the guests. Nothing was a problem- everyone was exceptional

Sunday -
Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were always greeted when we walked through the door and asked about our day! Peaceful through the night but loads to do during the days and evenings. 30 second walk from the beach so ideal and the free shuttle bus to and from the town centre was great as if it was full for a time slot they always offer

The staff were wonderful and so kind,helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The deluxe spa room was brilliant and had such a special holiday feel to it.The eatery and bar next door had great atmosphere and the beach is only a stones' throw away.We definitely would stay here again!

Peaceful and quiet. Although there was some noise from big trucks
crossing the Clyde river Bridge when we sat outside overlooking the
river, once inside the unit, road noise could not be heard. Although old
and in need of renovation, the unit was clean, and had ample parking.
There is a restaurant on site which has great meals, and while there are

some renovations happening, they offer a discount on meals. A
continental breakfast was included in the price. We got a warm welcome
from staff when -
From the moment we walked in the lady at reception was extremely welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she gave us all the information we asked for. The continental breakfast was a real treat and the same lady was there at breakfast time, again very friendly and helpful, the room was basic but very clean and comfortable with a great view of the river and Batemans Bay. I would definitely recommend to other travellers. Great value for money.
