Enjoyed our stay very much. Reception personnel friendly and helpful - especially Mr. Pavol who helped us willingly in by giving very useful tips for Sydney - Fantastic location, clean and tidy and free wifi all up a great stay

We stayed at the Holiday Inn because we needed somewhere close to the airport as we had an early flight in the morning. On our our arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member, I think her name was Sarah who assisted us with all of our needs. We had a room on the first floor which was modern, clean and comfortable. We were also able to leave

Having heard some negative reports about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find it particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room quiet, comfortable, and relaxing after a long flight. Both the evening bar meal and the buffet breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. I would consider using this hotel again, when travelling through, or to, Sydney.

We were two young female backpackers and it was an experience we will
never forget....We liked the staff (pretty sure seeing them all dressed
like girls was probably why haha)...when we first arrived they offered
us free goon....mmmm...played some games ;p had a night out on the town

Customer service was superb. Soraya at reception was especially helpful
and went out of her way to keep family in one room after I changed
booking at the last minute. Awesome location, next to central railway
and monorail.

Great location and view of Darling Harbour and Paddy's City Market. Although it is some distance to the Rocks and the Opera House, it is walkable and can see a lot of things on the way. Queen Victoria Building is right around the corner. The train station to Bundi is just across the street. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is what I found in g

The location was mid-way between Merim and Pambu. The Golf and Beach was a walking distance from Motel. -
I liked the quietness of the location and the friendliness of the staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at El Paso, the staff for friendly especially the lovely couple who run the restaurant they gave us tips of where to go site seeing and restaurants. The location was a total bonus we didn't use our car the whole 4 days we were there except once when we drove along the beach side to view the lookouts, beaches & lighth

Location is ideal (particularly for Glasshouse). Good beds, reasonable facilities, although the buildings are shabby. Breakfast is ok, but water for tea/coffee should be heated before breakfast time. It was always lukewarm until well after opening hours (this should be in not like section)

This place was fantastic. We will stay there again. It is always difficult travelling interstate with a dog! Even though the dog is cleaner than many humans and totally well-behaved, the motels that accept animals are usually dumps! Not the case with Jesmond! Everything, the friendly staff, the quality of the goods in the room, the privacy, also the price is quite fair too. The most important thing is that the place is a Pet-friendly
accommodation and this is a big bonus for travellers who do not know what to do with their dogs while they are away. I loved the place and I am going back there soon.

My husband had a lovely stay, we wen attended a function a the International first and then stayed the night. The Staff were very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The meals and the presentation of the meals were absolutely lovely. The rooms were elegant and comfortable but as I said in the next section too dark in colour. Thank you -
