Probably one of the best Ibis Budget hotels in Australia. Super clean,
friendly staff and comfortable beds. Free parking and free tea and
coffee until 10pm. Great value for money option. -
We have used this chain before and as usual we were not disappointed. They are always clean, well positioned and have excellent staff.

Location suited our purpose for trip - ie Wedding reception at Manly Golf Club.
Wonderful location for Manly beach (2 min walk) & close enough to walk to all Manly' s facilities

really good place for this price! we was lucky & the view from our window was exellent - Harbour Bridge & Opera House. we have come some hours before check-in but our room was ready. staff is very friendly, room & shower clean. great value for this money! -

My partner and myself booked the shuttle bus for the following morning and accidently left our tickets in the room. We told the shuttle bus driver we just needed to grab a copy from the reception desk just inside. Rather than putting our bags into the bus whilst I ran inside the driver argued with my partner and said he "didnt have time for this"

My trip was due to a last minute cancellation leaving me stranded.
From this perspective the internet facilities appear very pricey for modern standards/pricing.
The late night KFC and 24 hour McDonalds was handy in terms of at least having something to eat/drink for more budget conscious customers.
The distance to the venue was also within a very short walk negating the need for a taxi or even shuttle bus.

Great parking just off main rd.excellent restaurants in walking distance then the night life bands something for everyone. -
Loved the location right in the middle of Newtown. Easy to access public transport, restaurants and other amenities.

I have used this hotel 3 times now as a stop off on my trips north. It is easy to find, well priced, in a great spot, and the staff are super friendly and nothing was or is a problem. There are loads of restaurants/takeaways within walking distance as well as shops if you want to browse. The foyer has vending machines for late night snacks for the

Having stayed here when it was Formule 1 i have to say the beds are so much more comfy. Also it was good that there was a bar fridge in the room. Complimentary tea and coffee in the breakfast area was also appreciated

The location is absolutely great but the wonderful and 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude of the staff (management and housekeeping) was really refreshing. They made a basic hotel feel really welcoming, comfortable and like 'home'. If they could do anything to help, then they did and always with a smile. I loved it. -

The staff were very nice. I asked the lady on night staff, if I could have a spare blanket as I found the room cold and she came up the stairs with me telling me she would get me a lovely warm fluffy blanket . So she did with a lovely smile. Thank you so much.

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » very friendly and helpful. Discussed with the Staff around the possibility of us arriving back late(after 9.30pm) and it wasn't an issue with them. Made us feel very welcome. The place had a very relaxed atmosphere about the place. It is a shame that there aren't more places with Staff like them.
