The staff were really friendly and helpful. The apartments were clean and spacious. The location was fantastic and easily within walking distance of the town, shopping, restaurants and river walk. We had a great stay and just wish it had been longer. -

Fantastic spot, close to everything, 2min walk to shopping centre. Ideal location for a wedding. We planned to stay one night and extended to two. Nice BBQ area next to swimming pool. View is amazing. We also used the hotel restaurant one night and the service was good. Next to the hotel is two great places to eat as well. -

The staff are very friendly, the rooms large and well appointed, the restaurant very good and the grounds very well kept. Obviously a well managed property. We had a most enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The staff were extremely friendly right from reception to the woman who came to close up the hot tub and the gentleman in the cafe next door for breakfast (which was amazing and reasonably priced) the room was lovely for what we paid and the hot tub on a cool windy night was very welcoming great place to stay -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » and spotlessly clean and in a brilliant location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything we needed (and more!) was provided and we enjoyed the views from the two balconies. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic too. A fabulous place to stay!

The lady at reception was very polite and professional. We would go there again.
We arrived very late and were grateful that the man peered out his unit to direct us to a good parking spot as we had a high load and couldn't fit under the parking lot. Nice people. -

We really enjoyed our stay at El Paso, the staff for friendly especially the lovely couple who run the restaurant they gave us tips of where to go site seeing and restaurants. The location was a total bonus we didn't use our car the whole 4 days we were there except once when we drove along the beach side to view the lookouts, beaches & lighth

Location is ideal (particularly for Glasshouse). Good beds, reasonable facilities, although the buildings are shabby. Breakfast is ok, but water for tea/coffee should be heated before breakfast time. It was always lukewarm until well after opening hours (this should be in not like section)

From day one it was great place to be, the staff are a big credit to the place, everything was nice and clean and working!
My family and I were unfortunate to stay in one of Australia's worst Motor Inns, see for a Few Dollars More we stayed in the complete opposite at Best Western..

The lady on reception was most welcoming and helpful on arrival -our very private suite was well appointed, clean, comfortable and sound proof - dinner in the restaurant was very good- we enjoyed our stay there- the management and staff were excellent. Well done.

Loved the room & view was fantastic. Don't understand why the room we stayed in was just called riverview. While this is true we could see the ocean clearly. Maybe you should state this as I was a little hestitant in the first place to book it for just a riverview. -

We loved everything. All staff members we met were so friendly and warm and helpful; the room and facilities were most comfortable and the spa was a godsend; the breakfast most generous and delicious and available early; the location perfect for walking into the central city area, and we loved the free, delicious, buttery biscuits on the reception

The setting of the hotel was good close to the water with an easy stroll
into the town. Not having a lift was a drawback as with heavy cases a
bit of a struggle up the stairs. We decided to pay for the buffet
breakfast which was excellent with the food freshly cooked. On the whole
at £74 the hotel was good value for money.
