  The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Didn't hear any external noise from our room. - the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money.   Although the units we joined there was a sense of privacy. Parking was close to the room. The children had plenty of space. The unit was easy to 'live in'. The gym and pool were an added bonus. The ability to order food in was fantastic.   Overall good value if you need to be in the Macquarie Park area. Comfortable rooms but limited food options in-house or in walking distance. Quiet - didn't hear any traffic noise. - Lexie and Simone on the front desk were wonderful and ever so helpful and friendly to me. Also your gorgeous shuttle bus driver was marvellous too. Everyone went out of their way to help me knowing I was by myself with not a clue how to get around.

  I was pleasantly surprised to find during a last minute booking that the hotel was offering a deal on a twin room with 2 double beds - this was impossible to find in other hotels of the same calibre in north sydney, and anywhere within the same price bracket. Fabulous!!! - My room was spacious, modern, with all the necessary facilities. A bonus was the balcony with an outdoor setting. The staff were friendly and helpful. I used a wheelchair at times and many of the staff asked if I needed assistance which I found very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend to others.
