We were impressed at the quality of the accom for the price and the features like beach inlet bbqs - everything was 'neat as a pin' and better than some 4/5 star resorts for cleanliness. The location (approx 1.2km from main street) and ease of travel with bus and ferry services for our teenager and toddler (to beach at Hastings St) was also great.

We were pleasantly surprised that the advertisements accurately
described our unit. We had a ground floor unit which was easily accessed
from the covered car space. It opened out onto lawns which led to the
marina where birds and ducks frequently landed. It was very quiet and
conveniently located. We hope to return one day, even in the middle of
winter because the reverse cycle air-con meant there was adequate
heating for cold winter nights, infrequent though they are in Noosa.

Position and outlook are exceptional. The swimming pool and spa are the best we have enjoyed anywhere. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. All staff encountered were very good and when repair work had to be done it was done promptly with no intrusion. The welcoming gift was a pleasant surprise and most generous. -

We stayed in a 2 bedroom single level apartment in the Mermaid wing and it was so handy, and walked straight out to the pool area. Throughly recommend it. We had friends staying at the same time in a loft apartment and they wish they had of booked one like ours. This is not a criticism because we did pay a little extra for our room. -

Very clean and comfortable, and despite being in the heart of the 'action' at Noosa it was surprisingly peaceful and a very relaxing place to unwind. Right on the beach, with easy access from the pool area. Off street secured free parking. Top notch hotel with friendly and helpful staff. -

Conveniently situated to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Enjoyed the pool and spa if we didn't feel like the beach. Friendly and helpful staff - also efficient. -
Very sunny deck with views of Noosa River and surrounds.
5 min walk to Hastings St and beach. Path has steps but quite comfortably graded.

The location was great, just a short walk to Hastings st and there were buggy's operating during designated hours for those who didn't want to walk. We found the walk very pleasant though. The apartment was ideally situated for visiting all the main tourist attractions in Noosa. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed and spotless. The managers made us feel very comfortable without being intrusive. We would recommend these apartments and want to return.
