  Location. Very handy to where we had to go. Would be a good idea to have directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a tradesman and then it was easy going. Can be a bit stressful for country people who don't know melb. - Staff were extremely helpful, nothing w... τι λέει ο κόσμος » as a problem and they responded to all questions and requests quite promptly. It was great being right on the tram line and able to get anywhere in the city so quickly. Very quiet and peaceful, especially considering being right in the city.

  I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham down. I detailed them in my feedback at the time. Free wifi a definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett. Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

  The shower was spacious, loved the hot water and the pressure very good. I was upgraded to a queen and the bed was firm and the sheets very clean and crisp. Free movies easily accessible. Wall heater worked well and a bar heater in bathroom good. Very helpful reception staff and houskeeping.
