Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very
modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as
well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the

Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished.
This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town.

The staff were very helpful and polite.

We overnighted as we had an early-morn departure the next day. Family (incl 2 grandchildren) joined us for dinner. We were staying overnight en route to a convention so accommodation was very convenient. Upgraded as it was my husband's birthday which was lovely. Excellent gym and pool facilities for early morning fitness. Evening snack meal great too. Would stay again if passing through with little time to go into city. Also saved on expensive transfer in and out of city which is worth factoring into the equation of overall cost.

We especially loved the wonderful noise free environment of our room.We were on the 10th floor but never heard one sound anytime. We had the most wonderful sleep.The housekeeping of the room was excellent. The window seat was a firm favourite, a great spot to relax in the sun with a book. The staff were superb. Everyone, from the people on the desk to the cleaning staff to the people in the restaurant at breakfast time were polite, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome without being 'in your face'. I came here 18 months ago, also to take part in a seminar and found that there have now been many improvements. The room was much nicer this time and I was very impressed with the way the staff at the bar and restaurant went out of their way to help and please. The food and service were excellent. Arriving on a delayed flight into Melbourne via Sydney from Hawaii, we expected all sorts of problems upon arriving very late at the Somerset.
However, I must complement their staff, in particular Paul Dale, who were very helpful and understanding.

i like there are lots of electric and home appliances, like microwave oven, washing machine, stove, etc. There are shops and supermarkets nearby thus cooking in the room is very convenient esp. my mother is a vegetarian. It also near the melbourne central, queen victoria markets. And many tourist points can be reach on foot. (If you don't mind to walk)

Comfy 1 bedroom apartments. Great to have large bed with 2 mattresses joined so that one does not interrupt others sleep. Lounge spacious. Pool/gym was adequate. Great breakfast deal. Wonder staff at breakfast. Staff helpful at front desk.

After a long international flight the Mantra was amazing. We arrived late at night so only spent about 7 hours at the hotel. But we ha the best sleep. Just what we need prior to an early morning flight. We didn't know how to get the bus to the hotel however it was only a $11 cab ride. We got the shuttle back to the airport the next morning. 24 roo

A perfect overnight before flying out in the morning. From the helpful reception to my room to the spa, my experience was wonderful. Having found a reasonable rate on Booking, I expected something fairly basic, and this pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable, the surroundings upmarket, the spa and lap pool relaxing. Quiet too.

We stayed for 2 nights & the customer service at reception was incredible. Stephanie was very welcoming & friendly. She not only accommodated all of our needs but went above and beyond the call of duty & helped make our experience at Quest very memorable!

The apartment is family-friendly. It provides everything that a family needs eg. kitchenette, washer, space etc.
Shopping, city sight-seeing and dining are just walking distance. Dining convenience is especially critical for Muslim.

the friendly greeting and help from the staff upon arrival. the rooms were big spacious and clean. there was no city noise and it was central to many of the cities attractions. a safe area for walking about into the evening. would stay again
