The flat (1415) was comfortable on a basic level. It had a balcony which was great. The lication was super and it was very quiet.
This flat would be even better if it was looked after a bit more.
The location, price and security which were all things we had considered when looking for a place to stay in Melbourne Central. We would stay at 1505 again and recommend it to anyone.όλα τα σχόλια »
central position in the city.
walking distance to everything.
ability to part (lacked utensils)self cater for oneself
having a separate lounge and bedroom arrangements vs hotel room.
The location of the apartment was excellent. Room service staff were
helpful. After our move to a 2 bedroom apartment we found it to be delightful.
We stayed at the Southbank apartments, very good but no wireless Internet unit was great position was great we really enjoyed staying there.
The convienence to transport and walking distance to where ever you need to go. I couldn't fault anything at all.
The Staff were amazing, location was brilliant. The apartment was roomy and clean everything we needed.
Location was great, collecting key wasn't too hard, facilities were good especially for the price.
Room clean and tidy but lounge furniture fairly well worn, due for replacement. Great location.
Lovely roomy apartment in great location. Had all the basic equipment you'd need to self cater.
The hotel was fantastic, easy to get to, loved how it was fully furnished with the kitchenette.
Quiet and clean. All that I required for a one night visit. Central to shops and trams etc.
Spacious room. Convenient planning. Good view from a balcony. Friendly
service personnel.
I enjoyed the peacefulness of the apartment and cleanliness. Had everything I required.
everything was supplied that I needed and close to shopping and concert arenas.
apartment was clean, and had everything we wanted in the area of comfort.
Private Room
Simple, but had all necessities
Excellent location.
Everything that you needed was there. Even a pair of scissors.
Easy check in and check out. Clean and spacious apartment.
Our four family from Perth joined us all loved our stay.

The location was perfect. Everything we needed was a short distance away. There's even a tram stop basically outside the door, if you need to go anywhere. I also liked the fact that they had a tv+dvd player, washing machine, dish washer and microwave. Very convenient.
The flat was a bit tired looking - both furniture & decoration. On the balcony the wooden flooring was worn & broken in parts. The balcony windows were very grubby and needed a very good clean! Whilst the bathroom was clean the surrounds and wall trims needed extra attention and were very marked/grubby. The flat had no salt & pepper which was annoying and milk only supplied day 2 ( i had an early check-in but this shouldn't have prevented that).
Lounge blind needed fixing as couldn't be pulled back up. Small casual table needs replacement as spoils look of lovely apartment. No coffee plunger. Nothing else as really enjoyed our apartment.
room maintenance as on entry nearly all light bulbs were blown. saw service people in morning and sorted.
Collection of key at Carlton some distance from Collins St (minor, but costly and inconvenient for traveller).
Having to pick up the key from Carlton en route to the city from the airport.
When booking the information said the apartment had a balcony which there was not, disappointing. On day of departure I stripped the beds to find very grubby mattress protectors underneath, not very nice.
Windows were dirty.
No service desk so nowhere convenient to leave bags after checking out. Some lockers in foyer would solve this.
Apartment could do with some refurbishment. Light out of socket in bathroom, microwave turntable didn't turn.
That on the trundle bed the sheets hadn't been changed, there was blood all over it, it was absolutely disgusting!!!.
Air conditioner was not very efficient and had a problem with bedroom blind cord, which had become unattached. ( I left a note for them, as they asked me to fill in a questionaire). probably fixed by now !.
Dvd рдфнук didn't work. Beautiful big windows were very dirty.
Because of not correctly established water plum and a small partition in
shower, in a bathroom remained water on a floor. The ancient dishwasher
strange worked.
having to go somewhere else to pick keys up its hard if you dont know melbourne very well or how the transport system works.
no remote for the television, the shower leaked badly, there is a few builder's things that require finishing. hole in bathroom door.
Hearing other neighbours through the walls.
Nothing - everything was great.
No parking.
Nothing was wrong big thankyous.
such limited access to getting the keys
no phone in the apartment
no way to request inofrmation about the city or bookings for return to airport.
Having to pick the key up at a different location especially at approximately midnight with young children and not knowing the city.
Fold bed would not fold up after use. Generally, this is a pretty good, basic hotel with everthing you need - iron, etc, etc. Location superb. Key pick-up inconvenient, but I guess it keeps the costs down.
when the lift broke down -a bit unerving when you want to access floor 17!!.
Lift noise.
1. Noise from outside but bearable
2. Having to pick up keys from another location
3. Inconsistent cleaning service. One day bed was made up and another day not. Same thing with towels.
4. Tea bags not replenished. On our first night there was no milk and sugar and we were asked to wait for the next day for the items to be replenished.
In room 708. no reading lamps in bedroom no soap holder in shower. Had
to put soap on floor. The exhaust in the bathroom ceiling is the most
disgusting thing I have every seen and doubt if it has ever been clean.
You will know what I mean if you have a look. Left note for cleaners.
The telephones didn't work so we couldn't contact reception.
We wanted to request extra blankets - there were none in the wardrobe as stated.
We left a note for the service staff asking for extra blankets but didn't receive any.
The foyer smelt of smoke everyday. This was very unpleasant when arriving back to the building or coming down the elevator into the foyer.
The tv was very small - a larger size would be great.
Bathroom - no where to hang damp towels, towels in poor condition
No WiFi.
The tv in the room didn't work (no reception). Having to pick up the
key from another location.
They should make it clearer before you book that you have to pick up the keys in another suburb, cost me an extra 70$ round trip so might as well have stayed at the grand Hyatt.
Milks in the fridge were off. Holes in the bed spread. Tacky carpets, apartment needs updating. No one on site to help. Wasnt told there was a flight of stairs you had to walk up from teh 14th to 15th level, might be a problem for people with a lot of luggage or who are not that mobile. NO WIFI !!.
Plumbing needs attention, shower is to hot and runs out of hot water after two minutes and I could not control temperature. Again with sink in bathroom water control was very poor needs fixing.
no ledge in shower and tap too close to basin.
TV was too small
No TV in bedroom
Information packet for the room was incomplete
No instructions on how to work the appliances
The power tripped.
Bit inconvenient to pick the key up.
2 guests but only 1 key available.
Having to collect keys from a different location. It adds to the taxi fare from the airport.
Only get one room key.
Noisy floor boards and noise from room above. nedd better sound proofing but could live with it due to location.
nothing.
not aware until after booking and given credit card details that once in Melbourne we had to go to other address to lick up key. If had realised would not have continued with booking.
Having to go else where to pick up keys.
place to collect key too far.
No WiFi, no receptionist, has to go somewhere else to get the key.
my apartment looked a bit tired.
1. Not having a lift that stops on the 13th floor and having to drag bags up and down to/from the 14th floor.
2. having to pick up the keys from Swanston St. - but the process of pick was relatively quick so having the cab wait it ok.
picking keys up else where inconvenient.
No reception at appartments, have to pick up key in Calton and very noisy neigbours on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there.
The shower was terrible. You couldn't control the temperature. It would get extremely hot, then go back to normal, then get really hot again.
This was the top floor room, the other levels balconies looked much bigger too.
