Location great for both central Brisbane (if you don't mind walking
up one small hill) and for public transport. I didn't have to walk
more than 5-7 mins to anything I needed. Supermarket, bottle shop just

The staff were excellent and most helpful. The appartment was very clean and in great condition. Very secure site. Supermarket was just a short distance from the appartment and the city and river within walking distance.

The location can't be beaten if you want to look at the city. We had
the trains and buses at the door and only a block away from Kurilpa
Pedestrian Bridge which gives access to the Southbank with only a 10 min
walk. Being right in the cbd was great and we enjoyed our evening views
over the street. Being on the 9th floor meant we were far enough aw

The first time I stayed at Abbey apartments I booked a superior room but it was absolutely disgusting. Shocking! So this time I asked to make sure I really had a superior room as each time I paid extra for it. This time my room was lovely. Great value for money. Lovely furnishings, dishwasher, dryer,and washing machine. I appreciated that the improved things for me this time. I liked that the heating and cooling was so easy to control and fab location.

accomodation was very clean & cost was good for us& even though
it was close toYHA & Backpackers acc, it was not Noisy. -
Its an old 1877 cottage what you would expect. Easy self check in and out. convienant location.Budget and cosy. Easy walking to city and surrounds.

This is such a gorgeous cosy house! Brilliant location ten mins from the south bank. Everyone that stayed there the same time as us were all really friendly.
No late noise or traffic noise.

Relaxed, homely atmosphere. We checked in very late at night but the managers were very thoughtful and made sure we had no trouble getting in. The location is excellent. We also used the free bikes and went on a very nice early morning bike ride. Very happy with our stay.

Great value, and brilliant location. Certainly not the 6 star. Not 4 star. Not flash.. Budget accommodation.. but I was after somewhere to stay for 6 days while I attended a course. The staff were very friendly, the beautiful old Queenslander building
was in a great spot to easily travel to the city centre, it's a nice
stroll down to the Brisbane river to catch the river cat, the local bus
stops right outside the front gate, local shopping and dinning was close
also, there is a very neat little cafe' across the street, we only
had coffee but the food looked amazing, we would stay here again...

Room are very clean & very modern with all the gadgets that u need , the king size bed was great and the lay out of the 1 brm was just great
Was great to just park the car in security parking. Had a great roof top swimming pool & gym.
Easy to the public transport - bus stop over the road taking over 10 minutes into the city and travelling

Staff followed up with a phone call (which we appreciated) after check-out re our complaint of poor TV reception - advising he had changed the cable and the reception was now fine. We weren't aware we could contact staff re the TV reception (as we thought it would cost us a "call-out" fee) considering it was the weekend and the hotel reception wasn't manned. We were happy with the cost for the 2 night stay.

As a family, it is difficult to find reasonable priced accommodation, we travelled from Hervey Bay to stay overnight. We found our stay very pleasant, easy access to dinner at hotel up the road, enjoyed the ease getting to the airport in the morning. Our room was comfortable, and very clean! The staff couldn't do enough for you very helpful, I unfortunately had a gout attack half way thru my stay they did absolutely everything they could to help, stayed their 5 years ago and heaps of improvements, new a/c new sound reducing windows.
