We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. We loved everything about the QT Hotel. We didn't want to leave. We arrived mid morning and were surprised that we were able to go directly to our room. We checked out in the morning and left our bags with the concierge as we
had a late flight back to Europe. When we came back to collect our bags
I asked if there was anywhere I could get changed (into travelling
clothes). I was given a pass to the inhouse gym and told I could also
use the shower. This was a fantastic service and I really appreciated
being able to do this before a 24 hour flight home!

Modern rooms, very clean.
Self-contained units--everything you need to cook and do laundry. They even supply laundry/dishwasher soap daily.
Excellent location, very quick walk to Town Hall and Museum (no lifts) stops. Our family of 3, including a 14 month old, had no problems traveling to/from the airport on the train with our bags from this hotel

The views were great and accommodated the 5 of us very well. The shops, the Rocks and Darling Harbour were literally on the door stop. Staff were friendly and very helpful - I had accidentally left a make up bag behind and called up 10 days later to see if I had left it behind. It was found in housekeeping and promptly mailed back to me. I would recommend the Meriton on Pitt street to everyone, my friends and I are already planning our next girls trip and happy to have our accommodation sorted!

The room is a great size. The view from the 12th floor was amazing. The
kitchen was small but had all the components to self cater. The
breakfast suplied had toast with butter and condiments plus cereal and
milk with fruit and juice.The hotel is within pleasant walking distance
through Hyde park to the Museum, St Mary's Cathedral, the Art

Great location. If you want to get the airport train and have suitcases
then consider getting off at St James instead of Museum station if you
don't want to lug cases up loads of steps. St James station is not
far and has a lift. We had a very large, modern, comfortable family room
with qs bed, two singles and a small lounge, dining table & chairs.
The beds were really comfortable and the decor lovely. The breakfast
provided was basic but all we needed.

Staff went out of their to compensate for problems that were no fault of
their own that I experienced with my airline's failure to honour
ground transfer ie free use of hotel phone, upgrade on fraught late
arrival. Also,very helpful with local knowledge to get round
difficulties with Good Friday closures. -

The hotel staff were extremely friendly.
The location was really good and if you're feeling super lazy you can pay 44 dollars for a week long pass for all the public transport in the city centre.
The staff worked really hard to try and keep the place clean, shame that was ruined five minutes later by some disgustingly filthy people! -

Everything! We arrived from the USA east coast after traveling for almost 20 hours. Check-in was 3 PM but our flight arrived at 6 AM & we arrived at the hotel at 9 AM. The location is amazing and the manager was attentive and helpful. The room was very clean and the staff worked hard at maintaining a nice establishment to stay. everything was excellent and would not look at any other hotel, next time I vist Sydney. 10 out 10 would recommend it to any one. - Good central location. Quiet at night. Helpful staff. Easy to get to and from the airport via the Museum stop.
