This was a great place to stay. All the comforts of home and more. From the complimentary breakfast,laundry and soap, toilettries, kitchen supplies,heated beds ,fabulous lighting,fireplace,modern bathrooms (4),everything was well thought of for the guests comfort. Our 3 night stay was so nice we booked another 2 nights. On our first arrival wee were greeted by Alvin at the front desk who was absolutely delightful, very professional, polite and helpful and this was just one reason for us to return for another 2 nights. Staff are excellent I stay here often and each time the service is
amazing. I tried to stay at another hotel close by as the hgc was very
expensive during peak season, it was an absolute disaster. I will only
ever stay at the chancellor when I visit Hobart.

A standout for me was my interaction with staff members. Having flexibility on a business trip is critical and they went out of their way to accommodate my requests and ensure everything was set up and ready to go. I also enjoyed the conference rooms and the set up there - very efficient service and a great training venue. -

Friendly Staff, Very comfortable king size bed, cheap mini bar, lovely outlook, clean, close to everything, amazing food in the restaurant, we ate there for breakfast & dinner. The food was yum & such great value & the staff were friendly & gave great service. The accommodation was very reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family & friends & everyone else that wants a great value for money stay in Hobart.

The hotel was conveniently located with well fitted out room, and available excellent restaurant which is why we chose Hadley's. The staff were very personal and willing to help and advise as required. The historic nature of the building was very pleasing. -

Stayed in an IXL one bedroon executive apartment. Very new,very well furnished and spacious with a loft bedroom. Balcony opened onto a courtyard, so view was limited, but very quiet. Parking and Wi Fi included. Location near harbor good, bit of a walk to Salamanca. -

The staff were very nice & helpful. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious & well stocked with everything you needed for your stay. The location was excellent as well. I would definately stay again & would highly recommend this place to others. -

We stayed in Hedge Cottage, aptly named because of the high hedge at the front and side, ensuring maximum privacy. This is a nicely renovated period home, divided into separate apartments. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the homely feel. Definitely good value . -

The apartment had everything necessary for our stay in Hobart. it was spacious and comfortable, in a good position for walking around the Harbour and Central city areas. The staff were very helpful and polite, Convenient guest lounge through the day supplied good coffee. Breakfast was nothing special, but there are many excellent small restaurants

A delightful city, Great Art Gallery's and Museums. Great food, fresh fish, fruit and vegetables.
We booked an apartment at the Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel because (a) it was very central to everything, (b) because we grew up on Vic. sheep properties in the 1940-60s and farmed sheep with Tasmanian bloodlines for wool ourselves and (c) because letsbookhotel.com offered great book-ahead specials.

The view and position right on the river. Our room had a window overlooking the river and it was such a beautiful view, and a lift for the luggage carting. The room was very comfortable, with a toaster, microwave,crockery and cutlery for breakfast; a great idea. Bring your own cereal, fruit and a loaf of bread with some butter and you have a healthy breakfast, with the local papers available, one can relax and gaze over the activity on the river while eating breakfast.

Booking, key pick up and communication with the owners was a breeze. What a good set up -
Consistent communication from service. Apartment was located close to best bakery in town and Salamanca area. Apartment was clean, fully equipped and washer/dryer much appreciated. View was lovely and outdoor balcony gave great option for chilling with wine or meal. Secure parking gave extra peace of mind.

Central between (short walking distance) cbd and the harbour with nice

The rooms were huge and the staff were fantastic. It was equipped with a fridge, a toaster, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses as well as a mini bar. The location is handy to lots of restaurants as well as being across the road from Coles for groceries if you want to eat breakfast in your room. Its a relatively easy (and picturesque walk) to get to

From the time we arrived at the hotel /reception on the 15 April
2013 was met by the staff who was courteous and greeted us with a warm
welcome , gave us information on the property and surrounds with wifi
password and advised this was at no cost.
The housekeeping was simply excellent with the room cleaned everyday and linen renewed as well.
We also liked the proximity to Hobart CBD and the restaurants that were at a hop, skip and a jump , could not ask for any better

Quest waterfront is right in the heart of the wharf district of Hobart.
It is a short walk to the seafood restaurants and Salamanca markets. We
checked in at about 8.15pm, and were sitting down to a seafood dinner by
9pm. Room was very quiet. -
