We liked everything about the apartments. Very friendly people and anything you needed they were very helpful. Will definitely be going back there next holiday and will recommend this place to all our friends.
Lake view was surprising bonus and really beautiful. Location is so good, 3 mins walking to bus stop for airport and theme worlds, also close to Woolworth and town centre.όλα τα σχόλια »
Excellent Value for money, basic but lovely, located a short walk from centre of Surfers Paradise and beaches, easy access to theme parks by bus or private car.
Excellent position, close to city centre & within easy walking distance to all shopping facilities and transport.

There is nothing not to like.
Draws in bedroom are a little bit old, but since we did not use that, it did not bother us much.
Parking was first come first served, most days we parked in non-designated parking in courtyard due to lack of available spots, but that really wasn't a problem. Bunk beds were a little noisy and there was no ladder to get up, good thing we are relatively tall otherwise this could have been a problem...
The furnishings could be updated as they were very old although still comfortable. The night noise from the street with young males was very loud in the early morning hours but I do understand they have no control over that.
bathroom utilities - had insects everywhere, shower design looks quite strange and hot water not working, came out brown. toilet wouldn't flush properly.
No lock on bathroom door, and electric fan faulty in master bedroom, but other then that happy to stay there again.
Apartment was old style and needs bit fixing.
bed had springs poking through..
I didn't like that there was no laundry facilities in the apartment
and that there was no tea or coffee on arrival .I also didn't like
that there was nothing on arrival to wash dishes .I think these are
basic supplies people need on arrival if they are getting in and dont
want to run out straight to the shops.
The apartments really need some TLC they are very shabby. It is time for a makeover.
Toilet was leaking all over bathroom floor, fans were so noises you couldn't use them and some windows did close or open properly!.
Bathroom and fridge was leaking didn't get fixed until the last day of our stay. Bit disappointed as everything else was good.
Apartment rundown,walls and corners not clean,curtains holey,plastic wine glasses chipped crockery ,lighting poor.
Doors and windows failing to lock properly. The soggy hole in the hall ceiling. Mold in bathroom. Discusting toilet, shower. Gross couches, smelt terrible. Did NOT feel safe in that apartment at all. And the front door had a poor lock and looked like the door had been levered open at one stage. I was shocked and appalled by our unit and would NEVER stay there again. It should not be running if this is the state of the room they are offering.
