The apartment was very big! We had lots of space.It felt like home. We loved having a separate laundry room in our apartment. I loved the late check-out, (12 noon) - all hotels should adopt this
practice of letting you leave a little later. It certainly allayed a lot
of stress and if you check-in late, you feel like you got what you paid
for. I also like the fact there was a coffee machine in your room and
the toiletries were delightful. The decor was lovely, along with

Canada in the last 2years and this hotel is as good as any of them.If it
was in Milan,New York,Tokyo,Stockholm or wherever it would be the

Good value at 99 dollars. Didn't expect much at that price so close
to city centre. Pleasantly surprised to find it was a proper hotel room

Location is close to city centre and Lake Burley Griffin. If the weather is fine, it's only a short walk to city centre whilst the Lake is just across the main road with crossing via a walkway. Superbly clean, even when using the eco-friendly cleaning option (by which you elect to reuse your linen and not to have powered appliances used to clean the room - a good option to have offered). Beautifully appointed room and bathroom. Fantastic location, with excellent dining options in the hotel and nearby (and artisan bakery is next door).

Powerful Hot Shower. It's amazing that it is somewhat a rarity

We came back v late on the second day, informed the reception and we had a late check-out. They didn't INTERROGATE us on the reasons nor did we have to beg for it. No multiple reminder calls or threats

We were very happy with our stay, the staff on the front desk were just lovely as were all staff we had contact with. We ate in the restaurant both nights and were very happy with service food and price! Our complimentary breakfasts were just the icing on a lovely stay, thank you very much, we will be back and will recommend your hotel to others.

The convenience to the club and shops for meals, comfort and cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and willing to offer advice on where to go and how to get there. We enjoyed our stay very much. The club next door for meals was fantastic. We didn't have to go looking for meals. -

Our hotel room on the third floor was clean and well designed, it felt like a bed sitter with the king size bed facing the window, separated from the rest of the room by long table. Bit of a misunderstanding with our room booking at check-in, however
once it was sorted by the wonderful staff we were upgraded to the room
we wanted with a beautiful surprise of wine and chocolates delivered!
The room was spacious and so clean & comfortable, it was everything
we wanted. The Restaurant was also delicious! We will be back for sure.

I liked the idea that the hotel was a fair bit out of the city and therefore in a peaceful environment, but at the same time there are a lot of lovely restaurants walking distance from the hotel area. -

Rooms newish, large, comfie, quiet. Good locale. Friendly concierge parking. Excellent buffet breakfast. Above interstate bus terminal, handy. - The location was fantastic, just above the bus station and walking distance from the shops and restaurants.

The Park Hyatt is the best hotel in Canberra -but is probably the most expensive! It is ideal for conservative people who appreciate the Art Deco design the history - and easy proximity to key attractions (old Parliament House, national gallery, portrait gallery). -

We were pleasantly surprised about how nice it was. We arrived late and were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. It was new and there was plenty of room. The bed was big and comfortable and there was a large shower.

I hAve booked and paid for approximately 15 + rooms at ArIa over the
last 4 months and still Aria's software on which bookings are made
doesn't appear to recognise me as regular. I find this puzzling and
can only assume my business is not valuable to Aria.
Also Aria's 2 % fee for MasterCard payments is unfair, how else to pay?
staff's issuance of a merchant copy for signature prior to providing a tax invoice for checking is very poor.
My next booking of 5 rooms in 4 weeks will be elsewhere.

Space in the room - Layout and facilities provided. The bed was comfortable, the staff were non-intrusive. We thought we had a really great time. We were pleased with so many restaurants and ate at a different place each night. Not an issue to come back after due to close proximity of them all.

Lovely large room with 2 queen beds in the older part of the hotel (not sure if it was an upgrade). Luckily we had a ground floor room, as there were no lifts. Small but adequate bathroom. The hotel offers good facilities - comfy lounge and bar areas, heaps of parking and helpful staff. The location is excellent with easy access to the city via bus. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and to the War Memorial.

My wife fell and broke her arm 3 hours after we arrived; I was diagnosed with DVT 3 days later. We had to extend our stay by 3 days as doctopr would not allow me to drive home. Staff was very helpful indeed in finding another room for us for 3 days even though the hotel was heavily booked. Could not speak more highly of the staff. Also good to be able to have dinner brought to our room.

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The facilities are basic, but it still has everything you need. It's still really close to Canberra, even though its in Watson. It was quiet too, which is abnormal for a place that obviously has a high turnover of guests. -
