I was there with my wife and two kids (2&5) in May and had a great experience. The apartments are big, clean, comfortable and with everything you may need (washing machine, dryer, kitchen, big fridge, nice TV, wireless internet). The location is good too, there's a DFO 400 metres away with all sorts of shops and a huge supermarket. And you can catch several buses from there and be in cairns CBD in 10 mins. The best of all is the welcoming and constant support from Graham, he runs it and was.
όλα τα σχόλια » The thing that impressed me the most at this resort apartment is the owner's (Graham) services. From the moment we checked in right to the morning we checked out, we were looked after very well. Graham helped us with directions to places we want to go, he booked tours for us and even gave us his discounts. Our 2 bedroom apartment was a good comfortable size for a family of 4. Everything was as expected at 3 star standard. Spacious, quiet off highway, no traffic noise. Liked the laundry facilities in the apartment, kitchen was well equipped. The full sized fridge was great. Parking available on site was welcomed. Everything said about the manager is right. Graham is such a nice host. He tried to provide every facility we asked. He booked our trips with discount. Very good location with this price. the host is excellent!!! the place is comfortable, just a bit far from city but there are buses reaching DFO, which is just a bit walking. we love the stay here!. Very helpful with all sorts of information on trips and local information. Apartment large with all facilities you need. Like being at home, friendly neighbors, close to shops, good kitchen and laundry facilities. Graham was brilliant and really went out of his way to make my stay pleasurable. Owner/manager took excellent care of us. Superb value for the very low price. Hospitality of the staff. Relevant recommendations for our visits in Cairns. Apartments well kitted out with equipment. Didn't use pool but looked nice. Big rooms, good kitchen appliances meaning we could cook for ourselves. Relatively near to Cairns' 'strip'. Quiet, Great location walking distance to dfo shopping center has everything you need there. The price for the apartment was extremely good. Great because it had cooking facilities. good service. The only thing we didn't like about this apartment was the small basin in the bathroom, but thankfully the laundry tub is in the bathroom, so I prefer to brush my teeth and wash in this tub to avoid getting the floor wet. The fan in the bedroom wobbled and couldn't be used. Ants. Yes. But if you are here just to sleep it won't bother you. We didn't try pool though. It was small. Kitchen appointments a bit thin and worn, and walls thin so rather noisy especially with a crying baby below. Small ants throughout apartment. Shower wasn't very good, went cold after a small amount of time. Hotel could do with investing in Wifi for guest use. The apartment we had just needs a really really good clean. The two ladies who slept in the two single beds got bitten to death - not sure by what. The fridge in the kitchen was so loud it was difficult to sleep. we booked 2 units. My friends' unit got some ants on table and sofa, which make them not happy. Wash machine in my unit got cloth and water left. We did not use it.
