We had a comfortable, clean and attractive room. Our hostess made contact before our arrival (a nice, personal touch), was charming and friendly, and served us a delicious breakfast with home-made muesli. We also enjoyed meeting the other guests. A great B&B experience is much more memorable and heartwarming than some dead hotel.....psst.....don't tell anyone!. This hotel is simply the best place to stay in Byron Bay. Well worth paying that little extra,so if you are stuck for choice look no further than The Beach Cape House. The place is very laid back, clean, comfortable and beautiful. It is also run by the most welcoming people too, like going from home to home. The best place we have ever stayed!.

Fabulous place to stay. Relaxing, great location and the host was lovely! Easy walk to Byron's main street and easy staring point for a walk to the light house. The breakfast was great. Fresh and yummy. We were made to feel very welcome. Highly recommended. Everything. Katie the owner was amazing. She went out of her way to make our trip perfect. Recommending restaurants, organizing our surfing lessons and ensuring we made the most of our trip. I would highly recommend all going to Byron Bay to stay here. Katie was ridiculously friendly and helpful. She even gave us lifts to and from the bus-stop, and to a wedding out-of-town! We didn't want to leave! She also made special valentine's muffins, which were delicious. Everything. The room was fantastic. The shared facilities were wonderful. The hostess was outstanding. Overall 'feeling' of the place was just lovely. Owner was great, very helpful with day trips, cafe suggestions and activities, introduced all guests to each other, nothing too much trouble. Everything, it is a great place to stay, across from the beach and a great cafe just on the side of town, away from the crowds, perfect. Great place to stay in Byron, and would definitely stay again. There was nothing to dislike about the Cape Beach House. walls a bit thin, car parking spaces too tight. A more private area to sit other than the one communal sofa would have been nice, but it was not a big problem!. Nothing. Being super picky the car spaces were small for a big car and me to get out of. Nothing. The walls were thin and could hear a lot of neighbors noise. Room had only two small windows with no pleasent view. all was good.
