Set in a former Edwardian guesthouse, Bundanoon YHA offers a spacious lounge area with a log fire and comfortable sofas. There is a shared patio which offers beautiful garden views. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi in all public areas.
YHA Bundanoon is 10 minutes’ walk from the popular Glow Worm Glen and 25 minutes’ drive from Fitzroy Falls. It is 2 hours drive from both Sydney and Canberra.
Accommodation options include private rooms and dormitories with shared bathroom facilities. All accommodation is heated and includes free parking.
There is a fully equipped shared kitchen and a large shared dining room. Guests can relax with an outdoor meal in the covered BBQ area.

Great value for money. The excellent state of repair, cleanliness and tidyness of the hostel was outstanding. There was lots of space for cooking, dining and lounging.
I particularly liked how staff to care to offer undercover parking for my motorcycle.
Location - right at the main road
& near town area.
Easy to find.
Clean, nice and peaceful.

I went with a girl friend and we had decided to economize on
accommodation and spend our money on a spa/massage at Solar Springs
Club. We found the yha to be inexpensive and clean.
The very warm, friendly and helpful welcome even though because of unforseen circumstances we did not arrive until late. We felt loved and wanted after a tiring day travelling.
Beautiful old home. The grounds and garden is lovely. Loved the hammock on the veranda & the mountain bike track in the garden. Lots to do or just relax.
The receptionist was really friendly and helpful.
Good wifi connection ( for free! ).
Very clean.
Spacious old mansion, with excellent common areas. Good kitchen with good tea/coffee facilities.
Quiet with all the basics you can expect from a Youth Hostel. Clean functional, friendly.
Old world charm of building.
The fact we were allowed to bring our dog (pet friendly).
The town was a little far away. Not really a problem for the healthy, active and those with wheels.
A bit dingy at night.
No TV entertainment but we can retire early.
I was quite annoyed to find upon going into the lounge that we were
supposed to pay $15.00 for wood for the open fire. I think that is
ridiculous as it is the Southern Highlands in Winter! I would now decide
to pay slightly more and try other local accommodation.
Would have liked access to a TV.
Hot Water in Ladies showers was barely warm. Apparently some form of regulating device was fitted to stop people from burning themselves in 2002. Perhaps the device and temperature needs checking because "hot" water that doesn't even make steam, does not make for a pleasant shower in the chilly Southern Highlands of NSW.
