Has an amazing location, our ocean-view room had probably the best view I've ever had from a hotel room and I've travelled a lot. Great little patio too which was unexpected but awesome perk. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Fridge in room was nice. Bathroom had been updated recently and was nice and modern. Included a good quality hair dryer which was a nice plus too. We were a family group of 4 "seniors" and booked the three bedroom "Top deck" suite and it was ideal for our purposes.
It was an interesting, well equipped and comfortable suite and we enjoyed it so much we bought fish and chips and three bottles of wine and dined in.

Friendly staff, very welcoming and easy to check in/out process. Bridge room was beautiful with a hugh bath which was very relaxing. Breakfast in the morning provided a homely feel and was a great start to our driving day along the Great Ocean Road. Would recommend staying here for a stop along The Great Ocean Road.

Truely loved the accommodation. It was fresh& tastefull. Beds were very comfortable & clean. Loved the walk in shower and loads of bench for bathroom items. Kitchen was well provided with cupboards & applicances. There was a lovely big wardrobe. Loved the lounge & dining area. Laundry was so handy and the staff were wonderful after

Had a wonderful stay in a room with a view. Watching the sunrise from the sea, sitting in the comfort of your room.
The owner is an excellent human being , she went out of her way to help us when we went through a stressful situation due to rental car breakdown.
Wish there were more people like her around to make each of your trip a pleasant memory.
Would definitely go back if we get a chance .

I loved how every morning just before sunrise, we would open up the
curtains and you could hear and see the ocean and the waves breaking
before you. You're just outside of all the shops and other hotels so
this gives you a sense of privacy. As you step out you see the water in
front of you and mountains and rainforests behind. -

I stayed here with my parents for two nights. We had a two bedroom apartment on the middle level. It was very spacious (including two bathrooms) with comfortable beds, spare blankets, ... Views of the ocean ( we had a first floor apartment) facilities and ammenities of the apartment(.2 large bedrooms with king and queen beds-TVS in both bedrooms and living room-ensuite with spa bath and 2nd bathroom- 2 toilets- spacious and quiet. Was abit worried because apartments are behind the petrol station, but there was no noise at all- wouldn't have even known the petrol station was there - actually very convenient for ice creams after tea!! romantic with the open fire and beautiful views looking on to the beach. -
The villas are great with the Jacuzzi and the view to the beach from the Jacuzzi, its an amazing location with a very complete kit

Great facilities and size of room. Stayed for one night and was greeted on arrival warmly. On check out I was greeted by the lady at the desk using my first name brfore i even gave my details. Nice touch :-) -

I was really impressed with how clean the facilities where. I have travelled a lot and I have been to 4 star hotels that where not as pristine as these where. The manager and his wife were very helpful and friendly on the phone and were even nicer when we got there. I will certainly stay there again and would recommend to friends and family. -
A nice place to take a good rest prior to reach 12 Apostle....very comfortable for 6 of us in the family. close to Iluka Motel for Fish and Chip....
