  Very helpful and friendly front counter staff...a real pleasure to deal with. The room we had a Queen Executive...wonderful. Bed very comfortable and room spacious. Fully stoked bar, room service and pay tv movie channels and sport channels. Good sized bathroom with strong water pressure. In a great room in a great motel with great staff. Food beautiful; staff very friendly; sport shop next door children loved. Girls loved pizza by the pool and drinks; lots of laughs. Staff welcoming to visiting family and friends; extras staying no problem for minimal cost. :)

  The friendliness of the staff. We had a problem with the door lock after hours and Peter worked very hard to get it sorted out as quickly as possible. He had to call in a locksmith to gain access to our room. He placed us in a vacant room so that we did not have to stay outside in the cold.   we liked the off the street parking and very central to the shops and clubs. also we both have bad backs and we were put on the ground floor for this reason, so we didn't have to lug cases up the stairs. thankyou - The welcome we got at reception got our stay off to a very pleasant relaxing start!   Everything was wonderful - reception staff were very pleasant, room was large and very comfortable and the location was simply stunning. Added to all of this was the bonus of a continental breakfast, all for an extremely reasonable tariff. Loved the peacocks roaming around free. Free wi-fi is also good. Handy to Lake Hume (i.e. right there) for summertime, and in nicer weather the mini-golf would be fun.

  The room was great, clean and the owners were so nice, lovely couple and were very friendly. They lent us there own personal DVD player to amuse our young son spoke to us a few times it was a pleasure staying there So close to everything. Highly recommend this place. Very very nice, my family n I were very well looked after and loved the room.
