With owner Maree meeting you at reception you are greeted like family. Her home is your home and if you need something she will give it to you. We decided to not go out for dinner at local venues to have a Barbie at the hotel pool/bbq area - Maree helped provide plates etc. She was interested in what you were doing and what you wanted to see - gre

We were greeted with a smile and very friendly response even though it was right on closing time for reception. Made us feel very welcome. Beds were very comfortable, something that is really important to us when we travel. Breakfast was great and value for money. Very pleasant stay.

The friendliness of the staff.
We had a problem with the door lock after hours and Peter worked very hard to get it sorted out as quickly as possible. He had to call in a locksmith to gain access to our room. He placed us in a vacant room so that we did not have to stay outside in the cold. I was most impressed by the way he looked after us during

Great motel for large families,especially the inter connecting rooms.
Very clean facilities,pool looks great from the balcony,just needed some warmer weather. Very friendly staff.

We had no problems at all, the room was a non smoker, very clean, and roomy Every thing worked and the staff were very cheerful and friendly. It is within easy walking to clubs, etc., and no traffic noise. -

we were on our way through to Melbourne. Very convenient location. Room was a standard motel room. Clean. Great shortbread biscuits with the tea/coffee! Breakfast was basic but plenty of it. The man who was looking after the breakfast room was very lovely, friendly and chatty. -

On arrival after a very long drive, we were allowed to check in early. The staff were absolutely delightful and the room was fresh and very clean.The location was excellent, of the main road, a fairly quiet location and the information booklet was very helpful. fantastic value for money. -

Nice modern linen even though old fashioned (yet well appointed) rooms. Warm on freezing night, good TV. It was great to have breakfast as part of package (in dining room) and late check out (10am). Friendly staff and good service was much appreciated. Better than 2 other motels stayed at along the same street! Thank you -

Absolutely brilliant! Staff was excellent! I accidentally booked the wrong room and but was not a problem to fix that up and put us in the room I ment to book. Quiet location. Didn't hear any traffic noise. Facilities were ample and clean. Extra pillows provided and plenty of room for luggage. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be boo

helpful staff we didn't arrive until after 10 30pm and staff organised a key to be made available for us. Motel room clean and neat with good shower facilities

I had to fly in on urgent family matters and it was affordable, available, central, cosy, pretty and I will stay there every time from now on. Thank you for a lovely find. My family has recommended I eat there next time too :-) -

We had a spa room because we had our 6mth old baby so the kitchenette with microwave & bath was a necessity. Our room had lots of space for our little one to zoom around in his walker & was at the far end so nice & quiet. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome.
